P\u0159edstavte si nap\u0159. atleta p\u0159ipravuj&iacute;c&iacute;ho se na triatlon, kter&yacute; se \u0159adu m\u011bs&iacute;c\u016f nepot&aacute;p&iacute;, ale tr&eacute;nuje na v&yacute;znamn&yacute; z&aacute;vod. V jeho p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b asi nebude nedostate\u010dn&aacute; fyzick&aacute; zdatnost probl&eacute;mem. Ke ka\u017ed&eacute;mu p\u0159&iacute;padu, jako je tento s triatlonem, v&scaron;ak ur\u010dit\u011b existuje mnohem v&iacute;ce p\u0159&iacute;pad\u016f, u kter&yacute;ch je p\u0159est&aacute;vka v pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; spojen&aacute; se sn&iacute;\u017eenou fyzickou aktivitou. \u010clov\u011bk m&aacute; hodn\u011b pr&aacute;ce a d\u016fvody, kter&eacute; jej dr\u017e&iacute; &ldquo;od vody&rdquo;, jej mohou tak&eacute; zdr\u017eovat od pravideln&eacute;ho fyzick&eacute;ho cvi\u010den&iacute;. V takov&yacute;ch p\u0159&iacute;padech m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t n&aacute;vrat k pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; problematick&yacute;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Co se nepou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;, to se ztr&aacute;c&iacute;&nbsp;<\/h3>\n<p style=\"\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"\">Kdy\u017e se fyzick&eacute; dovednosti nepou\u017e&iacute;vaj&iacute;, za\u010d&iacute;naj&iacute; sl&aacute;bnout a zakr\u0148ovat &ndash; zde plat&iacute; zn&aacute;m&eacute; po\u0159ekadlo: co se nepou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;, to se ztrat&iacute;. N\u011bkte\u0159&iacute; pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di maj&iacute;c&iacute; pocit, \u017ee vych&aacute;zej&iacute; ze cviku, nav&scaron;t\u011bvuj&iacute; opakovac&iacute; (tzv. reaktiva\u010dn&iacute;) programy. Nutno je polo\u017eit si ot&aacute;zky jako: Nesn&iacute;\u017eila se m&aacute; fyzick&aacute; zdatnost? Vejdu se snadno do obleku? Zku&scaron;en&yacute; pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d v&iacute;, \u017ee dovednost dos&aacute;hnout dobr&eacute;ho neutr&aacute;ln&iacute;ho vyv&aacute;\u017een&iacute; zaru\u010d&iacute;, \u017ee celkov&eacute; po\u017eadavky na energii jsou p\u0159i v\u011bt&scaron;in\u011b ponor\u016f pom\u011brn\u011b n&iacute;zk&eacute;. Ale zajistil opakovac&iacute; kurz, \u017ee bude vyv&aacute;\u017een&iacute; v\u017edy ide&aacute;ln&iacute;? K b\u011b\u017en&yacute;m nedostatk\u016fm pat\u0159&iacute; neuv\u011bdomov&aacute;n&iacute; si skute\u010dn&eacute;ho stavu a n\u011bkdy doch&aacute;z&iacute; i k sebeklamu.
