Takov\u00ed lid\u00e9 mus\u00ed tou\u017eit po dobrodru\u017estv\u00ed, mus\u00ed m\u00edt ohromn\u00fd smysl pro ka\u017edou mali\u010dkost a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se mus\u00ed vyzna\u010dovat doslova bezmezn\u00fdm nad\u0161en\u00edm pro pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00e9ho a nezn\u00e1m\u00e9ho.<br \/>nach\u00e1z\u00ed v hlubin\u00e1ch oce\u00e1n\u016f. Astronauti a akvanauti (d\u00e1le spole\u010dn\u011b jen &ldquo;NAUTI&rdquo;) jsou si velmi podobn\u00ed a vztah mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma skupinami ji\u017e existuje.&nbsp; Na sv\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 od NASA pracoval v roce 1965 astronaut americk\u00e9ho n\u00e1mo\u0159nictva Scott Carpenter na projektu &ldquo;\u010clov\u011bk a mo\u0159e&rdquo; jako vedouc\u00ed t\u00fdmu pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f. Maj\u00ed-li b\u00fdt v\u00fdzkumn\u00edci ve vesm\u00edru \u010di pod mo\u0159em \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed, mus\u00ed m\u00edt \u0159adu vlastnost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou pro ob\u011b tyto skupiny spole\u010dn\u00e9.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Od no\u010dn\u00edch hv\u011bzd ke hv\u011bzd\u00e1m mo\u0159sk\u00fdm<\/strong> <br \/>P\u0159enos po\u017eadovan\u00fdch n\u00e1vyk\u016f a dovednost\u00ed pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch akvanauty do situac\u00ed p\u0159i pln\u011bn\u00ed role astronaut\u016f by zna\u010dn\u011b urychlil v\u00fdzkum vesm\u00edru d\u00edky zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed doby pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro v\u00fdcvik. Nav\u00edc n\u011bkter\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed a z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 \u00fakony pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch v\u00fdzkumech a expedic\u00edch by mohly b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 i p\u0159i v\u00fdzkumu vesm\u00edru. <br \/>Mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma subkulturami v\u0161ak existuj\u00ed i rozd\u00edly. Sou\u010dasn\u00ed astronauti cestuj\u00ed do vesm\u00edru ve velk\u00fdch raket\u00e1ch (o v\u00e1ze 2 tis\u00edc tun) a krou\u017e\u00ed kolem zem\u011b rychlost\u00ed 8 kilometr\u016f za vte\u0159inu ve v\u00fd\u0161ce 180 a\u017e 650 kilometr\u016f. Akvanauti sestupuj\u00ed do vody v tlakov\u00e9m zvonu jako pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di bez jak\u00fdchkoliv p\u0159\u00edstroj\u016f, nebo v komo\u0159e &ndash; do hloubek od 10 do 600 metr\u016f mo\u0159sk\u00e9 vody (mmv) rychlost\u00ed od 3 do 40 metr\u016f za minutu a z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed ve vysokotlak\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed, dokud se nedekompresuj\u00ed. <br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ale i tyto rozd\u00edly maj\u00ed n\u011bco spole\u010dn\u00e9ho. Kdy\u017e pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di sestupuj\u00ed do hloubky, stoup\u00e1 parci\u00e1ln\u00ed tlak plyn\u016f, kter\u00e9 d\u00fdchaj\u00ed (kysl\u00edk, h\u00e9lium nebo dus\u00edk) podle Daltonova z\u00e1kona. T\u00edmto z\u00e1konem se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b vypo\u010dten\u00e1 rovnov\u00e1ha d\u00fdchac\u00edch plyn\u016f v satura\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 komo\u0159e (komo\u0159e SAT). <br \/>Zat\u00edmco v Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 stanici (ISS) a v sou\u010dasn\u00fdch raketopl\u00e1nech (a dru\u017eic\u00edch) se po v\u011bt\u0161inu \u010dasu udr\u017euje obsah kysl\u00edku na norm\u00e1ln\u00edm tlaku u hladiny mo\u0159e, tlak v komo\u0159e rakety se zvy\u0161uje podle Daltonova z\u00e1kona. Velikost komory pro spalov\u00e1n\u00ed paliva mus\u00ed odpov\u00eddat po\u017eadavku na rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Daltonov\u00fdm z\u00e1konem se \u0159\u00edd\u00ed vztah mezi tlakem a dal\u0161\u00edmi prom\u011bnn\u00fdmi. Ob\u011b skupiny se tedy mus\u00ed pod\u0159izovat mnoha stejn\u00fdm z\u00e1konitostem, i kdy\u017e ne stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. <br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Astronauti i akvanauti tvo\u0159\u00ed zpravidla mal\u00e9, kompaktn\u00ed, vysoce tr\u00e9novan\u00e9 a siln\u011b t\u00fdmov\u011b orientovan\u00e9 skupiny lid\u00ed. Ob\u011b skupiny navrhuj\u00ed, nacvi\u010duj\u00ed a u\u010d\u00ed se doslova po pam\u011bti prov\u00e1d\u011bt z\u00e1chrann\u00e9 \u00fakony. Ob\u011b skupiny pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed p\u0159i sv\u00fdch v\u00fdprav\u00e1ch v\u00fdznamnou podporu v oblasti pomocn\u00e9ho person\u00e1lu i rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho technick\u00e9ho zabezpe\u010den\u00ed. N\u00e1cvik logistiky je d\u016fle\u017eitou slo\u017ekou ka\u017ed\u00e9 v\u00fdpravy a p\u0159ed ka\u017edou cestou do vesm\u00edru nebo na pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se v komo\u0159e SAT prob\u00edh\u00e1 d\u016fkladn\u00e9 pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1cvik.&nbsp; NAUTI obou skupin mus\u00ed \u017e\u00edt v omezen\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch po dobu od p\u011bti dn\u016f a\u017e po \u0161est m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<br \/>\u017d\u00e1dn\u00e1 z t\u011bchto skupin nem\u00e1 p\u0159esn\u00e9 rozli\u0161en\u00ed mezi dnem a noc\u00ed, p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed v komo\u0159e SAT pronikne slunce do hlubin jen m\u00e1lokdy. A i to minim\u00e1ln\u00ed sv\u011btlo, kter\u00e9 se dostane do hlubok\u00fdch vod, ztr\u00e1c\u00ed&nbsp; sv\u00e9 \u010derven\u00e9, oran\u017eov\u00e9 a \u017elut\u00e9 t\u00f3ny a bez n\u011bjak\u00e9ho dodate\u010dn\u00e9ho extern\u00edho sv\u011bteln\u00e9ho zdroje se v\u0161e jev\u00ed jako zelen\u00e9 \u010di modr\u00e9. Naproti tomu astronauti p\u0159i obletech Zem\u011b rychlost\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 4 m\u00edle za vte\u0159inu za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed 32 v\u00fdchod\u016f a z\u00e1pad\u016f slunce denn\u011b.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Z\u00e1kladem je flexibilita<\/strong> <br \/>NAUTI jsou jako rybky v kulovit\u00e9m akv\u00e1riu &ndash; pr\u016fhledy sleduj\u00ed ohromn\u00fd sv\u011bt pohybuj\u00edc\u00ed se kolem nich. V t\u011bsn\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby byly jasn\u011b stanoveny role vedouc\u00edho i p\u0159esn\u011b vymezen\u00e9 oblasti\/ odpov\u011bdnosti ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jednotlivce. P\u0159esto zde ka\u017ed\u00fd stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed mo\u017enost\u00ed, \u017ee bude muset jednat jako technik, mechanik, ichtyolog, geolog, ale i ukl\u00edze\u010d, pradlena a kucha\u0159. V\u00edtan\u00ed jsou lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou doslova v\u0161eum\u011blov\u00e9.<br \/>Proto\u017ee je prost\u0159ed\u00ed p\u0159i cest\u00e1ch do vesm\u00edru i do mo\u0159sk\u00fdch hlubin specifick\u00e9, mus\u00ed se pro v\u0161echny NAUTY vypracov\u00e1vat psychologick\u00e9 modely: t\u00fdmy se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed ze vz\u00e1jemn\u011b kompatibiln\u00edch osob, aby byla mezi nimi zaji\u0161t\u011bna maxim\u00e1ln\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 komunikace.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fyzick\u00fd stres neobvykl\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, odli\u0161n\u00fd rytmus denn\u00edho sv\u011btla a tmy \u010dasto zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed nedostatek sp\u00e1nku, n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd pracovn\u00ed program a st\u00edsn\u011bn\u00fd \u017eivotn\u00ed prostor vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby se v\u0161ichni \u010dlenov\u00e9 t\u00fdmu navz\u00e1jem v\u00fdborn\u011b sn\u00e1\u0161eli. Zde se ned\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161it p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd konflikt tak, \u017ee se pro uklidn\u011bn\u00ed odejde n\u011bkam ven &ndash; v\u0161ichni jsou x kilometr\u016f nad nebo pod hladinou mo\u0159e. V\u0161ichni mus\u00ed odsunout stranou sv\u00e9 ambice a z\u00e1jmy a sledovat pouze c\u00edle stanoven\u00e9 pro cel\u00fd t\u00fdm.<br \/>Voda je nejlep\u0161\u00ed a nejlevn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro p\u0159\u00edpravu astronaut\u016f na stav dlouhodob\u00e9ho voln\u00e9ho p\u00e1du ve vesm\u00edru (pro simulaci stavu bezt\u00ed\u017ee). P\u0159i n\u00e1cviku pln\u011bn\u00ed nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch \u00fakol\u016f se astronauti v oblec\u00edch pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch ve vesm\u00edru vyv\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na neutr\u00e1ln\u00ed vzpl\u00fdvavost a pono\u0159\u00ed do vody v laborato\u0159i. Tam si pod vodou zkou\u0161ej\u00ed a nacvi\u010duj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd man\u00e9vr nebo pracovn\u00ed \u00fakon a teprve potom jej prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed ve vesm\u00edru.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nacvi\u010duj\u00ed astronauti NASA v komor\u00e1ch SAT prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch \u00fakon\u016f. Odlou\u010den\u00fd a st\u00edsn\u011bn\u00fd prostor komory SAT napodobuje podm\u00ednky v Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 stanici (ISS) nebo v dru\u017eici, kde m\u00e1 zdravotn\u00ed technik velmi m\u00e1lo m\u00edsta. Astronauti nad atmosf\u00e9rou i akvanauti pod vodou m\u00edvaj\u00ed s sebou jen omezen\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed zdravotnick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu, tak\u017ee takov\u00fd n\u00e1cvik simuluje astronaut\u016fm velmi re\u00e1ln\u00e9 podm\u00ednky, v kter\u00fdch se ocitnou ve vesm\u00edru.<br \/>V komo\u0159e SAT se simuluje situace, kdy jsou astronaut\u00e9 i l\u00e9ka\u0159 vzd\u00e1leni tis\u00edce kilometr\u016f od Zem\u011b a v tomto prost\u0159ed\u00ed se diskutuj\u00ed a prob\u00edraj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 specifick\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed \u00fakony. Tento n\u00e1cvik je ku prosp\u011bchu jak pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 komunit\u011b (pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed komoru SAT), tak i astronaut\u016fm a p\u0159edstavuje dal\u0161\u00ed podobnost mezi ob\u011bma skupinami NAUT\u016e.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Rovn\u011b\u017e austronauti, kte\u0159\u00ed se p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed na dlouhodob\u00e9 v\u00fdpravy, se aklimatizuj\u00ed v komor\u00e1ch SAT. Program NASA zvan\u00fd NEEMO (Extreme Environment Mission Operations) je programem, v jeho\u017e r\u00e1mci se astronauti seznamuj\u00ed s technikami a technologiemi, kter\u00e9 by mohly b\u00fdt pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 cestovatele pln\u00edc\u00ed prezidentovo rozhodnut\u00ed o cest\u00e1ch na M\u011bs\u00edc a d\u00e1le.&nbsp; Pot\u00e1p\u011bj\u00ed se v komo\u0159e SAT u pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed ostrova Key Largo (Florida), kde si zvykaj\u00ed na prost\u0159ed\u00ed v mnoha ohledech stejn\u011b nehostinn\u00e9, jak\u00e9 je ve vesm\u00edru nebo na jin\u00fdch planet\u00e1ch. P\u0159i \u0161esti takov\u00fdch v\u00fd za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by mohlo b\u00fdt vysl\u00e1no do vesm\u00edru.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Poprv\u00e9 za dlouhou dobu se p\u0159i t\u011bchto ponorech v r\u00e1mci programu NEEMO prov\u00e1d\u00ed i v\u00fdzkumy v oblasti fyziologie \u010dlov\u011bka. \u010clenov\u00e9 pos\u00e1dky (astronauti) \u010dasto poukazuj\u00ed na podobnosti p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci pod vodou a ve vesm\u00edru.<br \/>V\u00fdpravy spadaj\u00edc\u00ed do programu NEEMO nejsou prvn\u00edmi akcemi, p\u0159i kter\u00fdch NASA z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 znalosti a zku\u0161enosti v mo\u0159i. V roce 1969, dva dny p\u0159ed startem mise Apollo 11, vypustila NASA malou ponorku PX-15 Ben Franklin s \u0161esti\u010dlennou pos\u00e1dkou na t\u0159icetidenn\u00ed podmo\u0159skou cestu za \u00fa\u010delem v\u00fdzkumu proud\u011bn\u00ed Golfsk\u00e9ho proudu a tak\u00e9 kv\u016fli zji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed vlivu a \u00fa\u010dinku dlouhodob\u00e9ho pobytu na lidi v mal\u00e9m uzav\u0159en\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed. NASA se tehdy rozhodla zkoumat prost\u0159ed\u00ed v ponorce jako analogickou situaci srovnatelnou se \u017eivotem ve vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 stanici.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Informace z t\u00e9to akce se p\u016fvodn\u011b m\u011bly zpracovat a pou\u017e\u00edt pro n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 v\u00fdpravy po\u0159\u00e1dan\u00e9 NASA, ale opo\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 zah\u00e1jen\u00ed v\u00fdpravy oproti p\u016fvodn\u011b pl\u00e1novan\u00e9mu term\u00ednu, jako\u017e i po\u017eadavky na naprosto precizn\u00ed pr\u00e1ci znemo\u017enily jej\u00ed dokon\u010den\u00ed je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed uskute\u010dn\u011bn\u00edm historick\u00e9ho vypu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed Apolla 11 s p\u0159ist\u00e1n\u00edm na M\u011bs\u00edci. N\u00e1sledkem zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho zpo\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed se stalo, \u017ee v\u00fdsledky a informace shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00e9 NAUTY p\u0159i t\u00e9to podmo\u0159sk\u00e9 v\u00fdprav\u011b byly zcela zast\u00edn\u011bny situac\u00ed, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 Ameri\u010dan\u00e9 vzhl\u00ed\u017eeli k obloze a sledovali, jak jin\u00e1 pos\u00e1dka p\u0159istane na M\u011bs\u00edci. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b informace z\u00edskan\u00e9 pos\u00e1dkou ponorky Ben Franklin se st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako sm\u011brodatn\u00e9 pro jin\u00e9 expedice.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NAUTI obou skupin sd\u00edlej\u00ed nutnost m\u00edt podp\u016frn\u00fd a \u0159\u00edd\u00edc\u00ed person\u00e1l. V obou prost\u0159ed\u00edch m\u00e1 NAUT velmi malou autonomii, mus\u00ed se sm\u00ed\u0159it s t\u00edm, \u017ee pot\u0159ebuje odbornou podporu z povrchu Zem\u011b, kde je k dispozici velk\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 z\u00e1zem\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00fd okam\u017eik bd\u011bn\u00ed i sp\u00e1nku je napl\u00e1nov\u00e1n a koordinov\u00e1n lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou p\u0159\u00edmo na m\u00edst\u011b. Pom\u011brn\u011b dlouho se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed a usm\u011br\u0148uje citliv\u00e1 dynamika interperson\u00e1ln\u00edch vztah\u016f odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed skute\u010dnost, \u017ee NAUT je \u0159\u00edzen vedouc\u00edm z n\u011bjak\u00e9ho vzd\u00e1len\u00e9ho m\u00edsta. Akvanauti jsou na \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na d\u00e1lku zvykl\u00ed a sn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed je dob\u0159e.<br \/>V\u0161ichni NAUTI bez rozd\u00edlu v\u0161ak rad\u011bji \u0159e\u0161\u00ed probl\u00e9my sami. Kdy\u017e se jim umo\u017en\u00ed vy\u0159e\u0161it n\u011bjak\u00fd probl\u00e9m samostatn\u011b nebo spole\u010dn\u011b se sv\u00fdm t\u00fdmem, dostane se jim tak cenn\u00e9 zku\u0161enosti upravit si sv\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed a za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a pom\u016f\u017ee to vybudovat je\u0161t\u011b sob\u011bsta\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed t\u00fdm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Srovn\u00e1n\u00ed obytn\u00fdch prostor<\/strong><br \/>Atmosf\u00e9ra m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt upraven\u00e1 a \u0159\u00edzen\u00e1, proto nen\u00ed zapot\u0159eb\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch speci\u00e1ln\u00edch od\u011bv\u016f ani na stanici ISS, ani v dru\u017eic\u00edch \u010di v komo\u0159e SAT. Tlak uvnit\u0159 ISS a v dru\u017eici udr\u017euj\u00ed kovov\u00e9 st\u011bny (ve vesm\u00edrn\u00e9m vakuu), nebo vn\u011b komory SAT (ve vod\u011b, kter\u00e1 je hust\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e vzduch). Proto\u017ee je atmosf\u00e9ra v obytn\u00fdch prostor\u00e1ch uzav\u0159en\u00e1, mus\u00ed se udr\u017eovat tak, aby umo\u017e\u0148ovala \u017eivot.<br \/>Savci p\u0159e\u017eij\u00ed pouze tam, kde mohou d\u00fdchat plynn\u00e9 sm\u011bsi, jejich\u017e sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed je alespo\u0148 16 procent kysl\u00edku. Atmosf\u00e9ra, kter\u00e1 se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 a udr\u017euje ve stanici ISS a v dru\u017eic\u00edch je stejn\u00e1 jako v komo\u0159e SAT. V t\u011bchto pra\u010dk\u00e1ch plynu se CO2 chemicky v\u00e1\u017ee a n\u00e1sledkem toho se vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ry, vlhkost a k\u0159\u00edda. Z\u00edskan\u00e1 voda se pak vede do subsyst\u00e9mu pro rekuperaci vody. Neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 atmosf\u00e9ra, kter\u00e1 by udr\u017eela rovnom\u011brn\u00e9 teplo po devades\u00e1t minut, proto\u017ee zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e1 t\u011blesa se p\u0159i ob\u011bhu dost\u00e1vaj\u00ed \u010dasto ze dne do noci a naopak.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vzhledem k \u00fapln\u00e9 izolaci ve vesm\u00edrn\u00e9m prostoru je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 recyklace vody. I kdy\u017e u b\u011b\u017en\u00fdch komor SAT nen\u00ed d\u016fmysln\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro sb\u011br a recyklaci vody zapot\u0159eb\u00ed, v\u0161echno ostatn\u00ed &ndash; t.j. pran\u00ed CO2, odvh\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed, oh\u0159ev a odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed z\u00e1pachu &ndash; se prov\u00e1d\u00ed stejn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem. I v komo\u0159e SAT je topen\u00ed velice d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, proto\u017ee okoln\u00ed voda odv\u00e1d\u00ed teplo 25 kr\u00e1t rychleji ne\u017e vzduch. Nav\u00edc kovov\u00e9 zdi komory a obvykle vysok\u00fd obsah h\u00e9lia vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed u pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f SAT pocit nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho chladu.<br \/>V komor\u00e1ch SAT se zpravidla udr\u017euje konstantn\u00ed tlak (tzv. udr\u017eovac\u00ed hloubka) bez ohledu na to, jak p\u0159esn\u011b hluboko pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di b\u011bhem v\u00fdpravy pracuj\u00ed. Jestli\u017ee se komora SAT m\u00e1 pono\u0159it do maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed hloubky 120 mmv (kde je tlak v\u00edce ne\u017e 13 kr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e u hladiny mo\u0159e), bude po\u017eadovan\u00e1 udr\u017eovac\u00ed hloubka ~90 mmv. Atmosf\u00e9ra v komo\u0159e SAT bude sm\u011bs t\u0159\u00ed plyn\u016f (trimix), t.j. sm\u011bs h\u00e9lia, kysl\u00edku a dus\u00edku. H\u00e9lium se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 pro eliminaci potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch narkotick\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dink\u016f dus\u00edku.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Parci\u00e1ln\u00ed tlak kysl\u00edku (PPO2) se mus\u00ed omezit na 0,5 procent (t.j. ekvivalent d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed pades\u00e1tiprocentn\u00edho kysl\u00edku za norm\u00e1ln\u00edho tlaku u hladiny), aby se u pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f nedostavily p\u0159\u00edznaky pulmon\u00e1ln\u00ed kysl\u00edkov\u00e9 toxicity. B\u011bhem dekomprese se tlak sni\u017euje, a\u017e se pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di dostanou zp\u011bt na norm\u00e1ln\u00ed tlaky u hladiny. <br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">B\u011bhem dlouhodob\u00fdch pobyt\u016f v t\u011bchto &ldquo;domovech mimo domov&rdquo; hraje v\u00fdznamnou roli hygiena. I kdy\u017e se astronaut\u00e9 nepohybuj\u00ed v prost\u0159ed\u00ed se zv\u00fd\u0161enou vlhkost\u00ed a tlakem, mus\u00ed se sna\u017eit vyhnout se otev\u0159en\u00fdm poran\u011bn\u00edm a infekc\u00edm.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">NAUTI jsou zpravidla fyzicky dob\u0159e vybaveni pro p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed jak dekompresn\u00edch stres\u016f, tak i sil p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00edch p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een\u00ed. P\u0159i v\u00fdprav\u00e1ch si mus\u00ed udr\u017eovat dobrou fyzickou kondici. Kdyby astronauti neprov\u00e1d\u011bli pravideln\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed, mohlo by se jim st\u00e1t, \u017ee by se po n\u00e1vratu do gravita\u010dn\u00edho pole na Zemi nepostavili na nohy a nemohli by chodit. Nav\u00edc, kdy\u017e se neprocvi\u010duje srde\u010dn\u00ed sval, doch\u00e1z\u00ed k jeho sl\u00e1bnut\u00ed a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonu. Krom\u011b toho jsou kosti biologicky nastaven\u00e9 na opakovan\u00e9 p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed r\u00e1zov\u00e9 z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ee. Nedostatek r\u00e1zov\u00e9ho zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek \u0159\u00eddnut\u00ed kosti \u00fabytkem v\u00e1pn\u00edku. Astronaut\u00e9 nemaj\u00ed gravitaci, kter\u00e1 by jim pom\u00e1hala odstra\u0148ovat pot. Proto si pot vysu\u0161uj\u00ed fouk\u00e1n\u00edm vzduchu z ventila\u010dn\u00edho otvoru a ut\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm ru\u010dn\u00edky. Kdyby se astronaut pohybliv\u00fdm vzduchem nevysu\u0161oval, z\u016fst\u00e1val by mu pot lp\u011bt na k\u016f\u017ei a jeho vrstva by postupn\u011b s\u00edlila.<br \/>Pro ob\u011b skupiny NAUT\u016e je mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 sladk\u00e1 (nemo\u0159sk\u00e1) voda. Na stanici ISS ani na dru\u017eic\u00edch nen\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 sprcha. Astronauti pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u017e\u00ednky nebo houby se speci\u00e1ln\u00edm m\u00fddlem, kter\u00e9 dob\u0159e set\u0159e ru\u010dn\u00edkem. V komo\u0159e SAT se NAUTI nejd\u0159\u00edve osprchuj\u00ed v slan\u00e9 vod\u011b a pot\u00e9 opl\u00e1chnou vodou sladkou. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 pou\u017eit\u00e1 voda se pak odstra\u0148uje mimo komoru.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Neexistuje-li \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 gravitace, pou\u017eit\u00ed sprchy ve vesm\u00edru by m\u011blo za n\u00e1sledek vodu voln\u011b l\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00ed prostorem. Vzhledem k mno\u017estv\u00ed elektronick\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed jak ve stanici ISS, tak i v dru\u017eic\u00edch by mohla voln\u011b l\u00e9taj\u00edc\u00ed voda tato citliv\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed po\u0161kodit.<br \/>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee z\u00e1soby vody by se ve vesm\u00edru dopl\u0148ovaly jen velmi obt\u00ed\u017en\u011b, voda se rekuperuje a recykluje z odpadn\u00edch d\u0159ez\u016f, z mo\u010di, z palivov\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f i z kondenz\u00e1tu vznikaj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159i d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed astronaut\u016f. Procesor pitn\u00e9 vody upravuje odpadn\u00ed vodu tak, \u017ee se z n\u00ed stav\u00e1 voda pitn\u00e1. Kvalitu vody pe\u010dliv\u011b hl\u00edd\u00e1 jin\u00fd nez\u00e1visl\u00fd syst\u00e9m.<br \/>Jedno z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch nebezpe\u010d\u00ed pro obytn\u00fd prostor ve vesm\u00edru i pod vodou je ohe\u0148, proto existuje cel\u00e1 \u0159ada opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby se inimalizovalo nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vzn\u00edcen\u00ed. \u010cty\u0159i slo\u017eky pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro ho\u0159en\u00ed jsou teplo, palivo, kysl\u00edk a chemick\u00e1 reakce. Jestli\u017ee se ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b pos\u00edl\u00ed jedna z t\u011bchto slo\u017eek nebo v\u00edce z nich, zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed se v\u00fdznamn\u011b riziko vzn\u00edcen\u00ed. <br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z\u0159ejm\u011b nejnebezpe\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed letu do vesm\u00edru je n\u00e1vrat. Teplota ochrann\u00fdch desti\u010dek dosahuje a\u017e 938 &deg;C a p\u0159edn\u00ed hrana k\u0159\u00eddel m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout teploty a\u017e 1371 &deg;C. Tento n\u00e1r\u016fst teploty m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt skute\u010dn\u011b problematick\u00fd, jestli\u017ee je k dispozici spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 palivo a kysl\u00edk. <br \/>I pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di s komorou SAT se mohou dost\u00e1vat do velk\u00e9ho nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vzn\u00edcen\u00ed, a sice b\u011bhem posledn\u00edho \u00faseku dekomprese. Aby se minimalizovala dekompresn\u00ed doba, zvy\u0161uje se PPO2 a\u017e na \u00farove\u0148 1,2 procenta. To je ekvivalent stodvacetiprocentn\u00edho kysl\u00edkov\u00e9ho prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Proto se v\u00fdznamn\u011b potla\u010duj\u00ed v\u0161echny ostatn\u00ed z\u00e1kladn\u00ed slo\u017eky (p\u0159edpoklady) pro vzn\u00edcen\u00ed, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eilo nebezpe\u010d\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podobnosti p\u0159i opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed obytn\u00e9ho prostoru Kdy\u017e pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d opust\u00ed pod vodou komoru, \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 se tomu v\u00fdlet. Kdyby byl skafandr EVA ve vakuov\u00e9m prostoru natlakov\u00e1n na v\u00fd\u0161i b\u011b\u017enou u hladiny mo\u0159e, jeho nositel by se nemohl h\u00fdbat. N\u00edzkotlak\u00fd skafandr (s asi t\u0159etinov\u00fdm tlakem ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s tlakem u hladiny mo\u0159e) je v\u00fdhodn\u00fd, proto\u017ee ve<br \/>vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm prostoru umo\u017e\u0148uje vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed pohyblivost.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Podle Daltonova z\u00e1kona sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed tlaku m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed celkov\u00e9ho mno\u017estv\u00ed kysl\u00edku v d\u00fdchac\u00edm prostoru &ndash; proto je pro udr\u017een\u00ed \u017eivota nutn\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it PPO2. Zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru je u skafandru EVA p\u0159ijateln\u00e9, proto\u017ee zde nejsou \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 elektronick\u00e9 komponenty, kter\u00e9 by mohly iniciovat vzn\u00edcen\u00ed. <br \/>Stanice ISS a dru\u017eice v\u0161ak obsahuj\u00ed elektronick\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed velmi mnoho, a proto by tam bylo &#8211; v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdch hladin kysl\u00edk\u016f &#8211; nebezpe\u010d\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru dosti vysok\u00e9.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Satura\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d pot\u0159ebuje b\u00fdt chr\u00e1n\u011bn p\u0159ed prvky, kter\u00fdm je vystavov\u00e1n p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed such\u00e9ho nebo horkovodn\u00edho skafandru. Takov\u00fd skafandr pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de chr\u00e1n\u00ed hlavn\u011b proti chladu \u0159ich\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho z okoln\u00ed mo\u0159sk\u00e9 vody. Ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b sv\u011btov\u00fdch oblast\u00ed slune\u010dn\u00ed paprsky neproniknou do hloubek, v kter\u00fdch se pohybuje komora SAT, a voda v takov\u00fdch hloubk\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt studen\u00e1 a\u017e -2 &deg;C. Na rozd\u00edl od vakua ve vesm\u00edrn\u00e9m prostoru mohou b\u00fdt akvanauti vystaveni vod\u011b i bez skafandru, ale jen po kr\u00e1tkou dobu. Pro pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de je nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u00fdchac\u00ed m\u00e9dium.<br \/>Opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed obytn\u00fdch prostor s sebou nese pom\u011brn\u011b zna\u010dn\u00e9 riziko. Astronauti se s t\u00edm vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1vaj\u00ed pom\u011brn\u011b dob\u0159e, proto\u017ee p\u0159i vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 proch\u00e1zce zpravidla pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed dva spojovac\u00ed body a pohybuj\u00ed se p\u0159itahov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo se odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed rukama.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Astronauti se nemohou pohybovat p\u00e1dlov\u00e1n\u00edm nebo plav\u00e1n\u00edm, proto\u017ee ve vesm\u00edru se nemaj\u00ed od \u010deho odr\u00e1\u017eet. Riziko p\u0159i odd\u011blen\u00ed se od satura\u010dn\u00ed komory je zna\u010dn\u00e9. Sou\u010dasn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed komoru SAT, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou p\u0159i jej\u00edm opu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed nep\u0159iv\u00e1zan\u00ed, mus\u00ed d\u00e1vat velk\u00fd pozor, aby neztratili orientaci. Jedn\u00edm z velk\u00fdch rozd\u00edl\u016f je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee akvanauti jsou vystaveni stavu bezt\u00ed\u017ee pouze tehdy, kdy se jejich t\u011bla vzn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed ve vod\u011b, zat\u00edmco astronauti se pohybuj\u00ed v bezt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9m stavu a\u017e do sv\u00e9ho n\u00e1vratu na Zemi. Pouze p\u0159i v\u00fdprav\u011b k jin\u00e9 planet\u011b mohou astronauti za\u017e\u00edt \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dnou gravitaci.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Fyziologick\u00e9 podobnosti <\/strong><br \/>Kdy\u017e se astronaut\u00e9 p\u0159ipravuj\u00ed na roch\u00e1zku do vesm\u00edru, mus\u00ed p\u0159edt\u00edm &ndash; ve stanici ISS nebo v dru\u017eici &ndash; za\u010d\u00edt d\u00fdchat kysl\u00edk kv\u016fli velk\u00e9mu rozd\u00edlu mezi tlakem v obytn\u00fdch prostorech a ve skafandru EVA. <br \/>Nedodr\u017een\u00ed tohoto pravidla o p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9m d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed (nebo nenastaven\u00ed tlaku v kabin\u011b na parametry skafandru p\u0159ed proch\u00e1zkou) by mohlo m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek p\u0159enos rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho dus\u00edku z tk\u00e1n\u00ed do astronautova krevn\u00edho \u0159e\u010di\u0161t\u011b. Z d\u016fvodu rychl\u00e9ho poklesu tlaku by se za\u010daly v krvi tvo\u0159it bublinky dus\u00edku.<br \/>Pot\u00e9, co by je napadly fagocyty (t.j. bu\u0148ky pohlcuj\u00edc\u00ed cizorod\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice), napadly by je jako cizorod\u00e9 l\u00e1tky i leukocyty (b\u00edl\u00e9 krvinky).<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zkr\u00e1tka a dob\u0159e, astronaut by utrp\u011bl nehodu. P\u0159\u00edznaky by se objevily ji\u017e b\u011bhem oble\u010den\u00ed do skafandru EVA nebo t\u011bsn\u011b po jeho odlo\u017een\u00ed a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech by mohly b\u00fdt fat\u00e1ln\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed se podob\u00e1 p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9mu d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159i<br \/>pou\u017eit\u00ed kysl\u00edkov\u00e9ho rebreatheru. P\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed se prov\u00e1d\u00ed inhalac\u00ed z izolovan\u00e9 masky v obytn\u00fdch prostorech. Tento postup se aplikuje i p\u0159i pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed skafandr\u016f EVA. Zajist\u00ed se tak, \u017ee vy\u0161\u0161\u00edmu procentu kysl\u00edku je vystaven pouze astronaut, ne cel\u00e9 vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 plavidlo. B\u011bhem tohoto procesu se sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed dus\u00edku obsa\u017een\u00e9ho v tk\u00e1n\u00edch a a\u017e na \u00farove\u0148, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 existuje jen minim\u00e1ln\u00ed riziko dekompresn\u00ed nemoci (DCS). Zm\u011bnou atmosf\u00e9rick\u00e9ho tlaku by se zkr\u00e1til \u010das pot\u0159ebn\u00fd pro p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9 d\u00fdchan\u00ed. <br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I kdy\u017e neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy o &ldquo;vesm\u00edrn\u00e9 dekompresn\u00ed nemoci (DCS)&rdquo;, NASA zaznamen\u00e1v\u00e1 dosti \u010dasto v\u00fdskyt DCS p\u0159i pozemn\u00edch testech v hyperbarick\u00fdch komor\u00e1ch. P\u0159i nasazen\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed ve vesm\u00edru se v\u0161ak dodr\u017euj\u00ed velmi p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed krit\u00e9ria a parametry. Rovn\u011b\u017e p\u0159ed letem se v tomto sm\u011bru zav\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed dal\u0161\u00ed a dodate\u010dn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed. Rychlosti metabolismu ve skafandru b\u011bhem p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed kysl\u00edku jsou pon\u011bkud vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e p\u0159i testech v klidov\u00e9m stavu.&nbsp; Pro\u010d je tomu tak? Je to proto, \u017ee astronaut se v tlakov\u00e9m&nbsp; skafandru pohybuje a pracuje v n\u011bm. Pr\u016fzkum proveden\u00fd doktorem Michaelem Gernhardtem (astronautem NASA, \u0159editelem Laborato\u0159e pro environment\u00e1ln\u00ed fyziologii a hlavn\u00edm v\u00fdzkumn\u00edkem Programu pro redukci p\u0159\u00edpravn\u00e9ho d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed &ndash; vesm\u00edrn\u00e9ho st\u0159ediska Johnson Space Center) p\u0159i NASA prok\u00e1zal, \u017ee i m\u00edrn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 rychlosti metabolismu podporuj\u00ed eliminaci dus\u00edku a sni\u017euj\u00ed dekompresn\u00ed stres. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00e1sledkem toho astronauti prov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed fyzick\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed b\u011bhem d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed kysl\u00edku, aby podpo\u0159ili eliminaci dus\u00edku. Je to sice pravda a opravdu to funguje, ale mus\u00ed se jednat o cvi\u010den\u00ed specifick\u00e1 a p\u0159esn\u011b definovan\u00e1. Nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed bublinek dus\u00edku se dosahovalo kombinac\u00ed velmi intenzivn\u00edch cvi\u010den\u00ed s lehkou n\u00e1mahou. 4 Podobn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my s DCS se vyskytuj\u00ed i p\u0159i &ldquo;v\u00fdletech&rdquo; satura\u010dn\u00edch pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f. Ti, kte\u0159\u00ed mus\u00ed kv\u016fli n\u011bjak\u00e9 \u010dinnosti sestoupit podstatn\u011b hloub\u011bji, ne\u017e je udr\u017eovac\u00ed hloubka, mohou p\u0159i n\u00e1vratu do obytn\u00fdch prostor \u010delit nutnosti dekomprese. Krom\u011b toho plat\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161ichni pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di mus\u00ed absolvovat dekompresi, a to p\u0159i ka\u017ed\u00e9m ponoru a bez ohledu na jeho hloubku. Takov\u00e1 dekomprese zpravidla prob\u00edh\u00e1 p\u0159i v\u00fdstupu pe\u010dliv\u011b kontrolovanou rychlost\u00ed.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e p\u0159i hloubkov\u00e9m satura\u010dn\u00edm ponoru sestupuj\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di ke dnu, mus\u00ed sledovat, zdali se u nich nedostavuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznaky nervov\u00e9ho syndromu z vysok\u00e9ho tlaku (HPNS). Pat\u0159\u00ed k nim z\u00e1vra\u0165, nauzea, zvracen\u00ed, pocity strachu, \u00fanava a ospalost, \u0161kubav\u00e9 pohyby, \u017ealude\u010dn\u00ed k\u0159e\u010de, sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e1 intelektu\u00e1ln\u00ed a psychomotorick\u00e1 v\u00fdkonnost, \u0161patn\u00e9 span\u00ed prov\u00e1zen\u00e9 t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdmi sny a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e1 \u010dinnost pomal\u00fdch vln p\u0159i sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 \u010dinnosti rychl\u00fdch vln mozku nam\u011b\u0159en\u00fdch elektroencefalografem.5 I kdy\u017e je p\u0159esn\u00fd p\u016fvod zat\u00edm nezn\u00e1m\u00fd, pova\u017euj\u00ed se za p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinu HPNS vysok\u00e9 tlaky umocn\u011bn\u00e9 volbou d\u00fdchac\u00edho m\u00e9dia a rychlost\u00ed sestupu. Nap\u0159. n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159i rychl\u00fdch sestupech i do hloubky pouze 92 mmv m\u00edrnou formu HPNS naz\u00fdvanou &ldquo;h\u00e9liov\u00fd stra\u0161\u00e1k&rdquo;, a sice v p\u0159\u00edpadech, kdy pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed sm\u011bs h\u00e9lia a kysl\u00edku. Po p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00fdch tlak\u016f (hloubek) se v\u00fdkonnost pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f prudce sni\u017euje.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Kdy\u017e ale astronauti naberou rychlost p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed 8 mil za vte\u0159inu a dostanou se na ob\u011b\u017en\u00e9 dr\u00e1ze do stavu voln\u00e9ho p\u00e1du, za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed tzv. syndrom adaptace na vesm\u00edr (SAS), kter\u00fd se podob\u00e1 kinet\u00f3ze (nemoci z pohybu). K jej\u00edm nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edznak\u016fm pat\u0159\u00ed m\u00edrn\u00e1 nauzea, dezorientace, intenzivn\u00ed pocit nevolnosti a\u017e zvracen\u00ed. Intenzita bolest\u00ed hlavy a nutk\u00e1n\u00ed na zvracen\u00ed se r\u016fzn\u00ed. Toto onemocn\u011bn\u00ed trv\u00e1 dva a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i dny. Intenzitu zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f lze sn\u00ed\u017eit b\u011b\u017enou medikac\u00ed proti kinet\u00f3ze, ale n\u00e1sledkem takov\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed je astronautova spavost a letargie.<br \/>Astronaut\u00e9 zpravidla netrp\u00ed takov\u00fdmi neduhy jako pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed komoru SAT &ndash; tedy aseptickou kostn\u00ed nekr\u00f3zou (t.j. odum\u00edr\u00e1n\u00edm kosti zp\u016fsoben\u00fdm rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm inertn\u00edm plynem v kosti, kter\u00fd vystupuje z roztoku p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle a t\u00edm kost ni\u010d\u00ed). Naproti tomu u nich doch\u00e1z\u00ed k \u00fabytku kostn\u00ed hmoty zap\u0159i\u010din\u011bn\u00e9mu pobytem v podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch mikrogravitace. Astronatuti zat\u011b\u017euj\u00ed kosti m\u00e9n\u011b a nedostatek gravitace zp\u016fsobuje odv\u00e1pn\u011bn\u00ed kost\u00ed.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proto se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed odporu\/n\u00e1mahy speci\u00e1ln\u00ed stroje. St\u0159edn\u00ed ucho m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt po\u0159\u00e1d je\u0161t\u011b napln\u011bn\u00e9 kysl\u00edkem a okoln\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u011b tento kysl\u00edk metabolizuj\u00ed. Objem plynu b\u011bhem metabolizace kysl\u00edku pozvolna kles\u00e1, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje mezi vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a vnit\u0159n\u00edm uchem nevyrovnanost. Po ponoru pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di tento rozd\u00edl tlak\u016f vyrovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed a zpravidla to ne\u010din\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my.<br \/>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Astronauti m\u00edvaj\u00ed &ldquo;kysl\u00edkov\u00e9 ucho&rdquo; ze zcela stejn\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f.
