Za \u00fa\u010delem vyhodnocen\u00ed a ov\u011b\u0159en\u00ed platnosti tabulek, metrick\u00fdch \u00fadaj\u016f a software se prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm r\u016fzn\u00fdch v\u00fdpo\u010detn\u00edch model\u016f profily a jejich v\u00fdsledky statisticky porovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed, aby se zjistilo, do jak\u00e9 m\u00edry se shoduj\u00ed se zaveden\u00fdmi modelov\u00fdmi parametry. Ulo\u017een\u00e9 informace o profilech a jejich v\u00fdsledc\u00edch se pak naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed databankou (DB) a n\u011bkter\u00e9 z t\u011bchto bank ji\u017e ur\u010dit\u011b stoj\u00ed za pozornost, zat\u00edmco ostatn\u00ed se teprve buduj\u00ed a skute\u010dn\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 budou sp\u00ed\u0161e a\u017e v budoucnosti. D\u016fle\u017eitost databank roste rychle jak pro oblast technick\u00e9ho tak i sportovn\u00edho pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed &ndash; nejen kv\u016fli velk\u00e9mu mno\u017estv\u00ed informac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou v nich ulo\u017eeny, ale tak\u00e9 pro jejich vyu\u017eit\u00ed p\u0159i v\u00fdpo\u010dtech a odhadech pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch rizik a zp\u0159es\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed parametr\u016f doporu\u010dovan\u00fdch pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed modely. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jednou z d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdch DB je soubor informac\u00ed zn\u00e1m\u00fd pod jm\u00e9nem DAN Project Dive Exploration (PDE) (t.j. Projekt zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdzkumem pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed). Jeho hlavn\u00ed zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed je na rekrea\u010dn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se vzduchem a nitroxem, ale obsahuje i informace o pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed technick\u00e9m, se sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdm plynem a o dekompresn\u00edm pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. V r\u00e1mci projektu PDE jsou v po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u00edch ulo\u017eeny informace o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 87 000 profilech, mezi kter\u00fdmi je zaznamen\u00e1no tak\u00e9 97 p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f dekompresn\u00ed nemoci (DCS) a zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 informace se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed rekrea\u010dn\u00edho pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se vzduchem i s nitroxem. Od roku 1995 je PDE dostupn\u00fd on-line a spravuj\u00ed jej Dick Vann a Petar Denoble. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Po\u010d\u00e1tkem nov\u00e9ho tis\u00edcilet\u00ed spojil DAN Europe pod veden\u00edm Alessandra Marroniho sv\u00e9 s\u00edly s DAN USA a PDE se zna\u010dn\u011b roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il. Evropsk\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st tohoto projektu se nyn\u00ed naz\u00fdv\u00e1 Dive Safe Lab (DSL) (Laborato\u0159 pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed). DSL p\u0159isp\u011bla informacemi o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50 000 profilech s 8 p\u0159\u00edpady DCS. Pro zjednodu\u0161en\u00ed v\u0161ak funguj\u00ed PDE a DSL spole\u010dn\u011b jako jedna databanka, proto\u017ee informace se d\u00edky po\u010d\u00edta\u010d\u016fm vym\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed rychle a snadno. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se spole\u010dn\u011b v r\u00e1mci PDE a DSL nach\u00e1z\u00ed informace asi o 137 000 profilech se 105 p\u0159\u00edpady DCS, co\u017e znamen\u00e1 pom\u011br v\u00fdskytu zhruba 0,0008. V\u0161eobecn\u011b lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o rozs\u00e1hlou a d\u016fle\u017eitou datab\u00e1zi informac\u00ed o pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal\u0161\u00ed, ale nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed DB zam\u011b\u0159enou hlavn\u011b na pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed technick\u00e9, se sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdm plynem a na dekompresn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, je databanka p\u0159i N\u00e1rodn\u00ed laborato\u0159i v Los Alamos (Los Alamos National Laboratory &#8211; LANL DB). Ta v sou\u010dasnosti obsahuje informace o p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 2 900 profilech s 20 p\u0159\u00edpady DCS. Jej\u00ed zakladatel\u00e9 ji zp\u0159\u00edstupnili syst\u00e9mem on-line rovn\u011b\u017e kr\u00e1tce po roce 2000. V\u011bt\u0161ina datab\u00e1ze LANL DB jsou informace z\u00edskan\u00e9 p\u0159i akc\u00edch pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu C&amp;C za posledn\u00edch 20 let. Moment\u00e1ln\u00ed pom\u011br v\u00fdskytu p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f DCS v datab\u00e1zi LANL DB je 0,0069, co\u017e je asi desetin\u00e1sobn\u011b vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed zlomek procenta ne\u017e v PDE. Tento vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed pom\u011br je logick\u00fd a dal se o\u010dek\u00e1vat, proto\u017ee LANL DB ukl\u00e1d\u00e1 a zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 informace o profilech se sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdm plynem a p\u0159i dekompresn\u00edm pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, co\u017e jsou riskantn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed \u010dinnosti s v\u00edce nezn\u00e1m\u00fdmi prvky. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V obou datab\u00e1z\u00edch se shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed informace prakticky nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b a pot\u00e9 se zpracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed do co nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed formy &ndash; v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich se p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edchodu z pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9ho po\u010d\u00edta\u010de porovn\u00e1v\u00e1 b\u011bhem kr\u00e1tk\u00e9ho \u010dasov\u00e9ho intervalu (3 &#8211; 5 vte\u0159in) s ji\u017e ulo\u017een\u00fdmi informacemi a pot\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 do zvl\u00e1dnuteln\u011bj\u0161\u00edho form\u00e1tu pro budouc\u00ed statistickou anal\u00fdzu:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">bottom mix\/ppO2 , hloubka a \u010das (ekvivalent obd\u00e9ln\u00edkov\u00e9 vlny);<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">rychlost vzestupu a sestupu;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00farove\u0148 zast\u00e1vky a dekomprese mix\/ppO2 , hloubky a \u010dasy;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">p\u0159est\u00e1vky na povrchu;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u010das do letu po pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">v\u011bk pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de, v\u00e1ha, pohlav\u00ed a zdravotn\u00ed komplikace;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">v\u00fdsledek ohodnocen\u00fd od 1 &ndash; 5, t.j. od \u0161patn\u00e9ho k dobr\u00e9mu;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">okolnosti prost\u0159ed\u00ed (teplota, proud, viditelnost, v\u00fdbava).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">R\u016fzn\u00e9 databanky shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 informace, ale shora uveden\u00e9 parametry se pova\u017euj\u00ed za z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a v\u011bt\u0161ina databank s nimi (tak\u00e9) pracuje.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Pro\u010d jsou databanky profil\u016f tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9?<\/strong><br \/> Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b nejdiskutovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a nejsledovan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdm t\u00e9matem jsou zast\u00e1vky v r\u016fzn\u00fdch hloubk\u00e1ch. Hloubky, \u010dasy, doby, plynov\u00e9 sm\u011bsi, p\u0159ep\u00edn\u00e1n\u00ed, rychlosti v\u00fdstupu a sestupu, pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9mu otev\u0159en\u00e9ho okruhu (OC) nebo rebreatheru (RB) &ndash; to je jen n\u011bkolik z mnoha mo\u017enost\u00ed, pro kter\u00e9 se mus\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d rozhodnout. V\u00fdb\u011brem vz\u00e1jemn\u00fdch pom\u011br\u016f ze shora uveden\u00e9ho v\u00fd\u010dtu existuje t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nekone\u010dn\u00fd po\u010det variant, jak se pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d dostane (nebo nemus\u00ed dostat) bezpe\u010dn\u011b na hladinu. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Proto je ot\u00e1zka existence a dostupnosti informac\u00ed o ponorech tak d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1. Mnoho odborn\u00edk\u016f je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010deno, \u017ee porovn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed model\u016f se z\u00edskan\u00fdmi informacemi vy\u017eaduje sb\u011br dat z velice \u0161irok\u00e9ho spektra pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch \u010dinnost\u00ed podle pravidla \u010d\u00edm v\u00edce, t\u00edm l\u00e9pe, co\u017e je mnohem u\u017eite\u010dn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e organizovat, prov\u00e1d\u011bt a vyhodnocovat klinick\u00e9, ale izolovan\u00e9 pokusy\/ testy. I kdy\u017e jsou testy prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9 p\u0159i jednotliv\u00fdch profilech tak\u00e9 u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9, obvykle je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 porovn\u00e1vat jejich v\u00fdsledky se v\u0161emi ostatn\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edpady, a sice kv\u016fli mnoha dal\u0161\u00edm okolnostem, jak\u00fdmi jsou nap\u0159. rozd\u00edln\u00e9 hloubky, sm\u011bsi plyn\u016f, rychlosti v\u00fdstup\u016f, d\u00e9lky a \u00farovn\u011b zast\u00e1vek a kombinace toho v\u0161eho dohromady, jako\u017e i s dal\u0161\u00edmi parametry. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jin\u00fdmi slovy, jednotliv\u00e9 testy se t\u011b\u017eko porovn\u00e1vaj\u00ed navz\u00e1jem mezi sebou tak, aby bylo mo\u017eno na jejich z\u00e1klad\u011b u\u010dinit jeden spole\u010dn\u00fd z\u00e1v\u011br, proto je k tomuto \u00fa\u010delu v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovat s co mo\u017eno nej\u0161ir\u0161\u00edm spektrem profil\u016f (v\u00fdsledk\u016f). Nav\u00edc je m\u00e1lokdy k dispozici dost pen\u011bz a \u010dasu na to, aby se jednotliv\u011b testovaly nap\u0159. v\u0161echny sm\u011bsi plyn\u016f a profily s dekompresemi p\u0159i v\u0161ech typech pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Proto se databanky banky soust\u0159e\u010fuj\u00ed hlavn\u011b na shroma\u017e\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed a zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed z\u00edskan\u00fdch p\u0159i skute\u010dn\u00e9m pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, ne p\u0159i klinick\u00fdch testech. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm t\u00e9matem jsou \u00fadaje o zast\u00e1vk\u00e1ch v hloubk\u00e1ch p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed s otev\u0159en\u00fdm okruhem (OC) a s rebreatherem (RB). Haldanovo pravidlo zast\u00e1vky v m\u011blk\u00e9 vod\u011b se praktikuje ji\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 sto let a v\u011bt\u0161ina \u00fadaj\u016f z\u00edskan\u00fdch po cel\u00e1 ta l\u00e9ta skute\u010dn\u011b odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed praxi takov\u00fdch zast\u00e1vek (t.j. v m\u011blk\u00e9 vod\u011b) jako hlavn\u00ed t\u00e9ma, kter\u00fdm je t\u0159eba se zab\u00fdvat, prov\u00e1d\u011bt na n\u011b testy a podle toho pl\u00e1novat ponory. I kdy\u017e se v\u00ed, \u017ee jak pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se zast\u00e1vkou v hloubce, tak i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se zast\u00e1vkou v m\u011blk\u00e9 vod\u011b s sebou nese t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 stejn\u00e1 rizika, pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se zast\u00e1vkou v hloubce je z hlediska \u010dasov\u00e9ho (t.j. v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky) \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se stejn\u011b dlouhou zast\u00e1vkou v m\u011blk\u00e9 vod\u011b. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pro dostate\u010dn\u00e9 vyhodnocen\u00ed praxe se zast\u00e1vkami v hloubk\u00e1ch st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b nen\u00ed k dispozici dostatek informac\u00ed, proto se pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed databanky zapojit do systematick\u00e9ho sb\u011bru \u00fadaj\u016f o profilech (a jejich v\u00fdsledc\u00edch) se zast\u00e1vkami (bublinkov\u00fdmi) v hloubk\u00e1ch pro porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s \u00fadaji o dal\u0161\u00edch ponorech s bublinkov\u00fdmi zast\u00e1vkami jak v hloubk\u00e1ch, tak i ve vod\u011b m\u011blk\u00e9. P\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1me, \u017ee modely bublinkov\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed hlub\u0161\u00ed dekompresn\u00ed zast\u00e1vky ne\u017e modely s rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdm plynem (podle Haldana).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je prov\u00e1d\u011bt d\u016fkladn\u00e9 porovn\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f o dekompresi p\u0159i zast\u00e1vk\u00e1ch v hloubk\u00e1ch, proto\u017ee se ji\u017e prok\u00e1zalo, \u017ee bublinkov\u00e9 zast\u00e1vky v m\u011blk\u00e9 vod\u011b jsou naprosto bezpe\u010dnou variantou. Abychom v\u0161ak byli k Haldanovi spravedliv\u00ed, mus\u00edme podotknout, \u017ee i on prov\u00e1d\u011bl testy zast\u00e1vky v hloubk\u00e1ch, a to ji\u017e p\u0159ed 100 lety, ale z n\u011bjak\u00fdch nepochopiteln\u00fdch d\u016fvod\u016f se jejich v\u00fdsledky nejen\u017ee neobjevily v jeho prvn\u00edch tabulk\u00e1ch, ale ani v pozd\u011bj\u0161\u00edch tabulk\u00e1ch t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho plynu, kter\u00e9 sestavili jin\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Co tedy p\u0159esn\u011b existuje v databank\u00e1ch profil\u016f?<\/strong><br \/> Ob\u011b shora uveden\u00e9 databanky shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace o pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed zp\u016fsobem, jak je souhrnn\u011b uvedeno n\u00ed\u017ee. Jsou to z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u00fadaje o profilech ponor\u016f proveden\u00fdch p\u0159i rekrea\u010dn\u00edm i technick\u00e9m pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, s OC i RB, se vzduchem i s plynov\u00fdmi sm\u011bsmi, p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed v m\u011blk\u00fdch vod\u00e1ch i ve vod\u00e1ch hlubok\u00fdch. To je opravdu velk\u00fd rozsah. PDE a DSL se zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na nedekompresn\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, zat\u00edmco LANL DB se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 hlavn\u011b plynov\u00fdmi sm\u011bsmi, OC a RB a hloubkov\u00fdm dekompresn\u00edm pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee mezi ob\u011bma databankami a jejich datab\u00e1zemi existuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 p\u0159esahy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong>Projekt zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se v\u00fdzkumem pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed (PDE) a Laborato\u0159<\/strong><br \/> pro bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed (DSL) PDE spole\u010dn\u011b s DSL spravuje informace p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b o 137 000 profilech se 105 p\u0159\u00edpady DCS. Pom\u011br v\u00fdskytu tohoto zran\u011bn\u00ed je zhruba p = 105\/137 000 = 0,0008, co\u017e je o hodn\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 1%. Ob\u011b tyto instituce shroma\u017e\u010fuj\u00ed informace o ponorech a jejich podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch i okolnostech a v\u00fdsledc\u00edch, aby se mohly vyhodnocovat rizikov\u00e9 faktory i v\u00fdskyt a pr\u016fb\u011bh DSC. Jeden zaj\u00edmav\u00fd v\u00fdzkum porovn\u00e1val rizika mezi 3 skupinami pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f, p\u0159esn\u011bji \u0159e\u010deno mezi pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di v tepl\u00e9 vod\u011b, ve studen\u00e9 vod\u011b a s komorou USN (americk\u00e9ho n\u00e1mo\u0159nictva) (s tzv. &ldquo;mokr\u00fdm hrncem&rdquo;). V\u00fdsledky jsou uvedeny v tabulce \u010d. 1. Hlavn\u00ed d\u016fvod pro za\u0159azen\u00ed ponor\u016f s komorou byla mo\u017enost kalibrace modelu p\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed \u00fadaj\u016f ze v\u0161ech t\u0159ech p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f. Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di s komorou se pot\u00e1p\u011bli a prov\u00e1d\u011bli r\u016fzn\u00e1 cvi\u010den\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong>&nbsp;Tabulka \u010d 1. T\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem (p\u0159\u00edm\u00fdm sta\u017een\u00edm do po\u010d\u00edta\u010de) vzniklo asi 88% cel\u00e9 datab\u00e1ze LANL DB.<br \/> \u00dadaje o DCS uveden\u00e9 v souhrnu shora jsou pom\u011brn\u011b hrub\u00e9, co\u017e znemo\u017e\u0148uje proveden\u00ed d\u016fkladn\u011bj\u0161\u00edho statistick\u00e9ho rozboru. Vyskyt DCS z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu sledovan\u00fdch profil\u016f je pom\u011brn\u011b mal\u00fd, v \u0159\u00e1du ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm ne\u017e 1%. Ur\u010dit\u011b tedy st\u00e1lo za to prov\u00e9st n\u011bjak\u00fd podrobn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed rozbor, a proto jsme tyto \u00fadaje rozt\u0159\u00eddili je\u0161t\u011b do kategori\u00ed podle plyn\u016f (nitrox, heliox, trimix). Takov\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edpady v\u0161ak v\u011bt\u0161ina odborn\u00edk\u016f neza\u0159azuje do kategorie DCS.<br \/> Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 p\u0159idat do ho\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed souhrnn\u00e9 tabulky i profily ponor\u016f proveden\u00fdch se sm\u00ed\u0161en\u00fdm plynem do hloubky 100 smv (30,5 m), i kdy\u017e se o takov\u00fdch profilech statistiky zpravidla nevedou. Nav\u00edc je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee hloubka n\u011bco pod 500 smv (152,4 m) je pro statistiku maximem, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b smysl je\u0161t\u011b sledovat. Funkce rizika podle bublinek, kterou<br \/> pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me my, je odvozena od bublinkov\u00e9ho modelu pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho v LANL (RGBM) a podle dosavadn\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f se osv\u011bd\u010duje jako velmi u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e1 p\u0159i mnoha druz\u00edch pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed p\u0159i nejr\u016fzn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch aplikac\u00edch.
