Zkoumal se v\u00fdskyt zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f tohoto typu u \u010dlen\u016f DAN, kte\u0159\u00ed tvo\u0159\u00ed z\u0159ejm\u011b nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed ucelenou skupinu pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f poskytuj\u00edc\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed informace souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Metody<\/strong><br \/> <em>Zkouman\u00e1 skupina<\/em>: Aktivn\u00ed \u010dlenov\u00e9 DAN Europe v letech 2009 a\u017e 2011.<br \/> <em>Krit\u00e9ria pro za\u0159azen\u00ed do zkouman\u00e9 skupiny<\/em>: Uplatn\u011bn\u00fd n\u00e1rok na pojistn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed z d\u016fvodu zdravotn\u00edho probl\u00e9mu typu ORL souvisej\u00edc\u00edho s pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm. P\u0159esn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed definice: Akutn\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my postihuj\u00edc\u00ed U\u0160I, NOS, DUTINY A HLTAN nebo s nimi souvisej\u00edc\u00ed funkce. Probl\u00e9my typu ORL mohou b\u00fdt zap\u0159i\u010din\u011bny pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm nebo neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fdm onemocn\u011bn\u00edm, kter\u00e9 s pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm nesouvis\u00ed. N\u00e1roky byly klasifikov\u00e1ny n\u00e1sledovn\u011b: 1-barotrauma; 2-vnit\u0159n\u00ed ucho s DCI (IEDCI); 3-onemocn\u011bn\u00ed nesouvisej\u00edc\u00ed s pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm. Klasifikace se prov\u00e1d\u011bla podle l\u00e9ka\u0159sk\u00fdch zpr\u00e1v poskytnut\u00fdch zdravotnick\u00fdmi za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edmi.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Zkouman\u00e9 oblasti<\/em>: Antroponometrick\u00e9 a demografick\u00e9 \u00fadaje, zem\u011b a doba zdravotn\u00edho probl\u00e9mu, stupe\u0148 certifikace, posti\u017een\u00e1 oblast, procento pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f typu ORL oproti celkov\u00e9mu po\u010dtu pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f, p\u0159edchoz\u00ed historie.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V\u00fdsledky<br \/> <\/strong>Souhrnn\u00fd po\u010det pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f typu ORL na 10 000 \u010dlen\u016f byl 21,53 v roce 2009, 27,60 v roce 2010 a 26,83 v roce 2011. Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9my typu ORL \u010dinily 22,22%, 27,55% a 26,50% z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu uplatn\u011bn\u00fdch n\u00e1rok\u016f na pojistn\u00e9 pln\u011bn\u00ed souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00edm v letech 2009, 2010 a 2011 a tyto probl\u00e9my (typu ORL) se nav\u00fd\u0161ily o 36,53% od roku 2009 do roku 2010 a o 20,19% od roku 2010 do roku 2011. Barotraumata p\u0159edstavovala 71,04% ze v\u0161ech probl\u00e9m\u016f typu ORL a 18,19% ze v\u0161ech pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9m\u016f zaznamenan\u00fdch ve sledovan\u00e9m obdob\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/strong><br \/> I kdy\u017e probl\u00e9my typu ORL p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed zdaleka nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zdravotn\u00ed pot\u00ed\u017ee p\u0159i rekrea\u010dn\u00edm pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed (a tak\u00e9 b\u00fdvaj\u00ed v\u00fdznamnou p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00famrt\u00ed), velice \u010dasto se zanedb\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Na tomto poli je z\u0159ejm\u011b zapot\u0159eb\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch a rozs\u00e1hlej\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzkum\u016f, aby se sn\u00ed\u017eila \u010detnost jejich v\u00fdskytu i s nimi souvisej\u00edc\u00ed \u00famrtnost. Byl vypracov\u00e1n univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed formul\u00e1\u0159 pro vypl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed o zdravotn\u00edch probl\u00e9mech typu ORL. DAN nav\u00edc sestavil specifick\u00fd v\u00fdukov\u00fd program EAR &amp; DIVING (t. j.
