Pro pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de v\u0161ak v t\u00e9to souvislosti existuje je\u0161t\u011b jedno nebezpe\u010d\u00ed: dehydratace je rizikov\u00fd faktor, kter\u00fd p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 k mo\u017enosti vzniku dekompresn\u00edho onemocn\u011bn\u00ed (DCS).<br \/> Pro\u010d? Dehydratace sni\u017euje objem krevn\u00ed plazmy a prokrven\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee zvy\u0161uje hustotu krve a zpomaluje jej\u00ed pr\u016ftok. A proto\u017ee krev \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b odpov\u00edd\u00e1 za dopravu \u017eivin a v\u00fdm\u011bnu plyn\u016f, hust\u0161\u00ed krev negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148uje odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed dus\u00edku, \u010d\u00edm\u017e nar\u016fst\u00e1 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee se dostav\u00ed DCS.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Jak velk\u00e9 je nebezpe\u010d\u00ed DCS?<\/strong><br \/> V z\u00e1sad\u011b plat\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se zvy\u0161uje nebezpe\u010d\u00ed vzniku dehydratace. P\u0159i na\u0161ich projektech na v\u00fdzkum DSL jsme \u010dasto pozorovali, \u017ee mnoho pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f nebylo dostate\u010dn\u011b zavodn\u011bno ji\u017e p\u0159ed ponory a je\u0161t\u011b m\u00e9n\u011b po nich. P\u0159esto za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch podm\u00ednek probl\u00e9my se spr\u00e1vnou hydratac\u00ed nehraj\u00ed p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli, i kdy\u017e by se nem\u011bly zcela ignorovat.&nbsp;Nebezpe\u010d\u00ed dehydratace se zpravidla zvy\u0161uje p\u0159i rekrea\u010dn\u00edm pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed na dovolen\u00e9, a to sice kv\u016fli vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed frekvenci pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed a (obvykle) kv\u016fli teplej\u0161\u00edmu klimatu. Proto by se \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 hydrataci m\u011bla v\u011bnovat dostate\u010dn\u00e1 pozornost.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Pro\u010d se tento rizikov\u00fd faktor zvy\u0161uje b\u011bhem rekrea\u010dn\u00edho pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed?<\/strong><br \/> Toto nebezpe\u010d\u00ed se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nezvy\u0161uje z d\u016fvodu, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o dovolenou, ale p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm proto, \u017ee p\u0159i tomto druhu tr\u00e1ven\u00ed voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu existuj\u00ed ur\u010dit\u00e9 faktory souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s chov\u00e1n\u00edm a prost\u0159ed\u00edm, kter\u00e9 dehydrataci urychluj\u00ed, ani\u017e by si ji pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d uv\u011bdomoval. <br \/> Ve skute\u010dnosti doch\u00e1z\u00ed zpravidla k dehydrataci ji\u017e v letadle, kdy\u017e pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d cestuje do c\u00edlov\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9 destinace. Vzduch v kabin\u011b letadla je mnohem su\u0161\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e na zemi a pl\u00edcemi se tak odpa\u0159uje v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed vody, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee t\u011blo \u010dlov\u011bka v letadle neust\u00e1le p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed o tekutiny.<br \/> Proto se tak\u00e9 doporu\u010duje vyp\u00edt alespo\u0148 240 ml vody b\u011bhem ka\u017ed\u00e9 hodiny letu. P\u0159i letu z Velk\u00e9 Brit\u00e1nie do Egypta je tedy pot\u0159eba vyp\u00edt alespo\u0148 1,2 litru vody, aby nedoch\u00e1zelo k \u00fabytku t\u011blesn\u00fdch tekutin. Naproti tomu p\u0159i letu z It\u00e1lie do Egypta sta\u010d\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 750 ml vody. Jedn\u00e1 se o mno\u017estv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 ve skute\u010dnosti vypije pouze m\u00e1lokter\u00fd cestuj\u00edc\u00ed.<br \/> Mnoho pasa\u017e\u00e9r\u016f nav\u00edc r\u00e1do pije b\u011bhem letu k\u00e1vu, kolu nebo pivo, ale tyto tekutiny nemaj\u00ed stejn\u00fd hydrata\u010dn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek jako voda. Alkohol a n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed kofein p\u016fsob\u00ed jako diuretika a jejich konzumace dehydrataci podporuje, nebo\u0165 absorbuj\u00ed vodu z bun\u011bk a zvy\u0161uj\u00ed produkci mo\u010di. N\u00e1sledkem toho p\u0159ij\u00ed\u017ed\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d do c\u00edlov\u00e9 destinace ji\u017e m\u00edrn\u011b dehydratovan\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Jen\u017ee to dovolen\u00e1 teprve za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1. A co bude pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d d\u011blat b\u011bhem dovolen\u00e9?<\/strong><br \/> Bude si u\u017e\u00edvat slunce a mo\u0159e, co nejv\u00edce se pot\u00e1p\u011bt a po ve\u010derech t\u0159eba tr\u00e1vit \u010das z\u00e1bavou, p\u0159i kter\u00e9 si neodep\u0159e pit\u00ed alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f.<br \/> Zamysleme, pro\u010d toto v\u0161e vede k rychlej\u0161\u00edm ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m tekutin:<\/p>\n<p> <u>Slunce:<\/u><br \/> Nejatraktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed destinace pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v oblastech tzv. &bdquo;tepl\u00fdch vod&ldquo;, kde jsou zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 kor\u00e1lov\u00e9 \u00fatesy a velk\u00e1 mno\u017estv\u00ed kr\u00e1sn\u00fdch barevn\u00fdch ryb.<br \/> V t\u011bchto destinac\u00edch p\u0159evl\u00e1d\u00e1 tepl\u00e9, slune\u010dn\u00e9 a n\u011bkdy vlhk\u00e9 podneb\u00ed.<br \/> Samoz\u0159ejm\u00fdm d\u016fsledkem t\u011bchto podm\u00ednek je pocen\u00ed a tud\u00ed\u017e ztr\u00e1ta tekutin. P\u0159i jejich nedostate\u010dn\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edjmu potom doch\u00e1z\u00ed k dehydrataci.<br \/> A jestli\u017ee se k tomu p\u0159id\u00e1 sp\u00e1len\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee sluncem, ztr\u00e1ta tekutin je je\u0161t\u011b rychlej\u0161\u00ed. Sp\u00e1len\u00e1 k\u016f\u017ee je zarudl\u00e1 a n\u011bkdy se st\u00e1v\u00e1 bolestivou. T\u011blo na tento stav reaguje zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edsunem vody do k\u016f\u017ee, co\u017e vede k n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu odpa\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed, tak\u017ee ztr\u00e1ty tekutin se urychl\u00ed. Slunce a v\u00edtr tyto ztr\u00e1ty vlhkosti je\u0161t\u011b podporuj\u00ed. <br \/> V\u011bt\u0161ina ponor\u016f na dovolen\u00e9 se prov\u00e1d\u00ed z \u010dlunu a p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch venkovn\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch je v\u00edtr, a\u0165 u\u017e jako takov\u00fd, nebo zp\u016fsoben\u00fd rychlost\u00ed \u010dlunu, pro \u010dlov\u011bka p\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd a ob\u010derstvuj\u00edc\u00ed. Ve skute\u010dnosti v\u0161ak v\u00edtr odpa\u0159uje pot a vlhkost, co\u017e op\u011bt zvy\u0161uje dehydrataci.<\/p>\n<p> <u>Mo\u0159sk\u00e1 voda &#8211; s\u016fl:<\/u><br \/> P\u0159i v\u00fdstupu z mo\u0159e (slan\u00e1) voda na t\u011ble schne a na k\u016f\u017ei zanech\u00e1v\u00e1 krystalky soli. Ty lze \u010dasto vid\u011bt i pouh\u00fdm okem a vyzna\u010duj\u00ed se t\u00edm, \u017ee absorbuj\u00ed a zadr\u017euj\u00ed molekuly vody. V\u00fdsledkem je absorpce vlhkosti z k\u016f\u017ee a jej\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 odpa\u0159en\u00ed d\u00edky slunci a v\u011btru, co\u017e d\u00e1le zv\u00fdraz\u0148uje dehydrataci.<\/p>\n<p> <u>Pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed:<\/u><br \/> P\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se dehydratace zvy\u0161uje t\u0159emi mechanismy: pocen\u00edm, zv\u00fd\u0161enou produkc\u00ed mo\u010di, ke kter\u00e9 doch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u017edy, kdy\u017e se t\u011blo pono\u0159\u00ed do vody a d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00edm such\u00e9ho stla\u010den\u00e9ho vzduchu.<br \/> Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fd oblek udr\u017euje t\u011blo pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de b\u011bhem ponoru v teple, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 zabra\u0148uje, aby se v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b pot\u0159eby ochladilo. Jestli\u017ee se tedy pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d nach\u00e1z\u00ed v oblasti s tepl\u00fdm podneb\u00edm a pot\u00ed se, i kdy\u017e m\u00e1 na sob\u011b pouze tri\u010dko, doch\u00e1z\u00ed v pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9m obleku je\u0161t\u011b k daleko v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m tekutin pocen\u00edm. B\u011bhem ponoru zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd okoln\u00ed tlak a chladn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed teplota vody zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed, \u017ee se krevn\u00ed c\u00e9vy v povrchov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stech t\u011bla zu\u017euj\u00ed a krev z kon\u010detin se p\u0159esouv\u00e1 do vnit\u0159n\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed t\u011bla (srdce, plic a velk\u00fdch vnit\u0159n\u00edch c\u00e9v), aby se t\u011blesn\u00e9 j\u00e1dro udr\u017eelo v teple. Tento zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00fd objem krve v t\u011blesn\u00e9m j\u00e1dru je fyziologick\u00fdmi mechanismy, kter\u00e9 kontroluj\u00ed objem krve v t\u011ble, ch\u00e1p\u00e1n jako p\u0159evodn\u011bn\u00ed a v reakci na to za\u010dnou ledviny produkovat zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed mo\u010di (co\u017e znamen\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu vody i soli). Proto tak\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di v pr\u016fb\u011bhu ponoru, \u010di bezprost\u0159edn\u011b po n\u011bm poci\u0165uj\u00ed nutk\u00e1n\u00ed k mo\u010den\u00ed. I kdy\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee zd\u00e1t, \u017ee siln\u00e9 mo\u010den\u00ed ukazuje na dobr\u00e9 zavodn\u011bn\u00ed organizmu, ve skute\u010dnosti se jedn\u00e1 o nadm\u011brnou ztr\u00e1tu tekutin.<br \/> Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou \u00fabytku tekutin je vzduch, kter\u00fd pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d d\u00fdch\u00e1. Stejn\u011b jako v kabin\u011b letadla, tak i v lahv\u00edch p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edstrojov\u00e9m pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed je vzduch such\u00fd a jak ji\u017e bylo zm\u00edn\u011bno, doch\u00e1z\u00ed t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem ke ztr\u00e1t\u00e1m tekutin. K tomu je nutno si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee vzhledem k ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed teplot\u011b okoln\u00ed vody mus\u00ed pl\u00edce vynalo\u017eit tak\u00e9 \u00fasil\u00ed, aby se tento vzduch oteplil, co\u017e ov\u0161em znamen\u00e1 dal\u0161\u00ed ztr\u00e1tu vlhkosti.<\/p>\n<p> <u>Alkohol:<\/u><br \/> Na dovolen\u00e9 je zcela p\u0159irozen\u00e9 tr\u00e1vit ve\u010dery ve spole\u010dnosti a p\u0159itom se \u010dasto konzumuj\u00ed alkoholick\u00e9 n\u00e1poje.<br \/> Krom\u011b toho, \u017ee pit\u00ed alkoholick\u00fdch n\u00e1poj\u016f se b\u011bhem pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed nikdy nedoporu\u010duje, zp\u016fsobuje alkohol tak\u00e9 rychlej\u0161\u00ed dehydrataci.<br \/> Jak jsme se ji\u017e zm\u00ednili, alkohol (stejn\u011b jako k\u00e1va a jin\u00e9 n\u00e1poje obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed kofein) m\u00e1 diuretick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky a zvy\u0161uje objem vylu\u010dovan\u00e9 mo\u010di. T\u00edm se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b zintenziv\u0148uje dehydratace.<\/p>\n<p> <u>Nevolnost:<\/u><br \/> Zvracen\u00ed kv\u016fli nadm\u011brn\u00e9mu pit\u00ed, z d\u016fvodu mo\u0159sk\u00e9 nemoci \u010di z jak\u00e9hokoliv jin\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu zvy\u0161uje stupe\u0148 dehydratace, proto\u017ee t\u011blo ztr\u00e1c\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed tekutin a elektrolyt\u016f (iont\u016f) b\u011bhem kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 doby.<br \/> Podobn\u00fd negativn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek m\u00e1 tzv. cestovatelsk\u00fd pr\u016fjem, co\u017e je st\u0159evn\u00ed infekce zap\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u011bn\u00e1 nehygienick\u00fdm zach\u00e1zen\u00edm s j\u00eddlem.<\/p>\n<p> <u>L\u00e9ky:<\/u><br \/> N\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e9ky, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b p\u0159\u00edpravky u\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed krevn\u00edho tlaku, p\u016fsob\u00ed diureticky a to samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vede k dehydrataci.<\/p>\n<p> Jestli\u017ee se hodl\u00e1te b\u011bhem sv\u00e9 dovolen\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011bt ka\u017ed\u00fd den, nebo dokonce dvakr\u00e1t denn\u011b, pak si mus\u00edte b\u00fdt v\u011bdomi nebezpe\u010d\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 dehydratace nebo i DSC.<br \/> Toto nebezpe\u010d\u00ed samoz\u0159ejm\u011b nenast\u00e1v\u00e1 proto, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o dovolenou, ale existuje celkem dev\u011bt faktor\u016f souvisej\u00edc\u00edch s typick\u00fdm chov\u00e1n\u00edm p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, kter\u00e9 p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k \u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu vzniku dehydratace, kter\u00e1 neb\u00fdv\u00e1 v\u017edy rozpozn\u00e1na. <\/p>\n<p> <strong>Jak \u010dlov\u011bk pozn\u00e1, \u017ee je dehydrovan\u00fd a jak se v takov\u00e9 situaci zachovat? <\/strong><br \/> V\u0161eobecn\u011b lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee dobr\u00fdm ukazatelem je barva mo\u010di. M\u00e1 b\u00fdt \u010dir\u00e1 nebo sv\u011btle \u017elut\u00e1. Tmav\u0161\u00ed barva mo\u010di obvykle znamen\u00e1 ur\u010dit\u00fd stupe\u0148 dehydratace, i kdy\u017e barvu mohou ovlivnit i n\u011bkter\u00e9 l\u00e9ky. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 dehydratace je v\u0161ak nutn\u00e1 okam\u017eit\u00e1 zdravotnick\u00e1 pomoc.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>Jak se vyhnout dehydrataci?<\/strong><br \/> Je v\u017edy lep\u0161\u00ed dehydrataci p\u0159edch\u00e1zet, ne\u017e ji \u0159e\u0161it. Pouze t\u00edmto zp\u016fsobem si pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di sni\u017euj\u00ed riziko DCS.<br \/> Po shora uveden\u00e9m shrnut\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se dehydratace a jej\u00edch mo\u017en\u00fdch dopad\u016f na lidsk\u00e9 t\u011blo lze u\u010dinit n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1v\u011bry: po ka\u017ed\u00e9m ponoru by se m\u011bl pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d opl\u00e1chnout \u010derstvou vodou, pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fd oblek by si m\u011bl v\u017edy obl\u00e9knout a\u017e t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed sestupem do vody, m\u011bl by se vyh\u00fdbat pit\u00ed n\u00e1poj\u016f obsahuj\u00edc\u00edch alkohol nebo kofein (nebo jejich pit\u00ed alespo\u0148 siln\u011b omezit) a tak\u00e9 je t\u0159eba omezit pobyt na p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9m slunci a zamezit p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e9mu sp\u00e1len\u00ed k\u016f\u017ee slune\u010dn\u00edm z\u00e1\u0159en\u00edm.<br \/> Nejsnadn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ze v\u0161eho je v\u0161ak p\u00edt hodn\u011b vody.<br \/> Objem plazmy by se v\u0161ak nem\u011bl zv\u011bt\u0161ovat p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle, nebo\u0165 t\u00edm se jen zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed produkce mo\u010di a t\u011blesn\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b se dostate\u010dn\u011b nezavodn\u00ed. Proto se doporu\u010duje p\u00edt sklenici vody ka\u017ed\u00fdch 15 &#8211; 20 minut nam\u00edsto vypit\u00ed jednoho litru vody t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed ponorem nebo po n\u011bm. T\u00edm se dos\u00e1hne dostate\u010dn\u00e9ho zavodn\u011bn\u00ed tk\u00e1n\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 se p\u0159edejde sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b plyn\u016f, kter\u00e1 by mohla v\u00e9st ke tvorb\u011b bublinek a tud\u00ed\u017e k DSC.<br \/> Jak\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody pot\u0159ebuje pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d vyp\u00edt, z\u00e1vis\u00ed na mnoha faktorech, ale pro udr\u017een\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u00e9 hydratace lze doporu\u010dit vypit\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b o 2 litry v\u00edce, ne\u017e vypije b\u011b\u017en\u011b za den.<br \/> Za \u00favahu tak\u00e9 stoj\u00ed konzumace j\u00eddla s vy\u0161\u0161\u00edm obsahem vody, nap\u0159. ovoce a zeleniny.<br \/> Nav\u00edc n\u011bkter\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed n\u00e1poje v balen\u00edch upraven\u00fdch pro pit\u00ed b\u011bhem ponoru.<\/p>\n<p> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.daneurope.org\/hydration-safety-campaign\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Bezpe\u010dnostn\u00ed kampa\u0148 DAN Europe &bdquo;V\u00edce vody, m\u00e9n\u011b bublinek&ldquo;<\/strong><\/a><br \/> Koncem roku 2012 spustila nadace DAN Europe kampa\u0148 &bdquo;V\u00edce vody, m\u00e9n\u011b bublinek&ldquo;.<br \/> V \u010dasopise Alert Diver a na webov\u00e9 str\u00e1nce byly zve\u0159ejn\u011bny \u010dl\u00e1nky v\u011bnuj\u00edc\u00ed se t\u00e9to t\u00e9matice a byla spu\u0161t\u011bna informa\u010dn\u00ed kampa\u0148, ve kter\u00e9 jsou \u010dlen\u016fm DAN rozes\u00edl\u00e1ny e-maily s informacemi a radami, jak p\u0159edch\u00e1zet dehydrataci a tak sn\u00ed\u017eit nebezpe\u010d\u00ed DSC.<br \/> V letech 2013-2014 se na r\u016fzn\u00fdch akc\u00edch a v\u00fdstav\u00e1ch t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00edch se pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed rozdalo nov\u00fdm i dlouholet\u00fdm \u010dlen\u016fm DAN 3 000 hlin\u00edkov\u00fdch lahv\u00ed na pit\u00ed se shora uveden\u00fdm heslem.<br \/> Bylo vyhotoveno mnoho plak\u00e1t\u016f a transparent\u016f, kter\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016fm p\u0159ipom\u00ednaj\u00ed, aby pili dostate\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody a tyto propaga\u010dn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly byly nainstalov\u00e1ny na mnoha m\u00edstech v Egypt\u011b, kde je nebezpe\u010d\u00ed dehydratace a t\u00edm i DSC pom\u011brn\u011b vysok\u00e9 (vzhledem k podneb\u00ed, mno\u017estv\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f a velk\u00e9mu po\u010dtu turist\u016f).<br \/> Onemocn\u011bn\u00ed DCS zap\u0159\u00ed\u010di\u0148uje tvorba bublinek a r\u016fst jejich objemu v krvi a t\u011blesn\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00edch, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek hypoxii (t. j. nedostatek kysl\u00edku pro t\u011blesn\u00fd metabolizmus). Za norm\u00e1ln\u00edch okolnost\u00ed se po ponoru dus\u00edk z krve odstra\u0148uje v plic\u00edch, ale tento mechanismus je m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd, jestli\u017ee je pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d dehydratov\u00e1n &ndash; v takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 produkci bublinek a n\u00e1sledn\u011b k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edmu nebezpe\u010d\u00ed DSC.<br \/> Heslo &bdquo;V\u00edce vody, m\u00e9n\u011b bublinek&ldquo; p\u0159\u00edmo a jednozna\u010dn\u011b nazna\u010duje, \u017ee kdy\u017e je pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d dob\u0159e zavodn\u011bn, nebezpe\u010d\u00ed tvorby bublinek a jejich r\u016fstu je men\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal\u0161\u00ed informace<\/strong><br style=\"text-align: justify;\" \/> <span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Byl uskute\u010dn\u011bn v\u00fdzkum vlivu hydratace p\u0159ed ponorem &ndash; v\u00fdsledn\u00e1 zpr\u00e1va byla zve\u0159ejn\u011bna 4. b\u0159ezna 2008 pod n\u00e1zvem: Hydratace p\u0159ed ponorem jako prevence proti tvorb\u011b bublinek, auto\u0159i: E. Louge.<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">I kdy\u017e tato zpr\u00e1va nebyla zam\u011b\u0159ena konkr\u00e9tn\u011b na dehydrataci, prokazuje se v n\u00ed jednozna\u010dn\u011b kladn\u00fd \u00fa\u010dinek dostate\u010dn\u00e9 hydratace p\u0159ed ponorem na sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed bublinek v ob\u011bhu, co\u017e je pom\u011brn\u011b snadn\u00e9 opat\u0159en\u00ed, jak sni\u017eovat nebezpe\u010d\u00ed DCS.&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se povrchov\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed byl uskute\u010dn\u011bn nadac\u00ed DAN Europe. Povrchov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed (angl. zkratka ST z v\u00fdrazu Surface Tension) je p\u0159irozen\u00e1 s\u00edla vyskytuj\u00edc\u00ed se u kapalin, v\u010detn\u011b t\u011blesn\u00fdch tekutin. Bublinky s vysok\u00fdm povrchov\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm jsou vystavov\u00e1ny s\u00edle, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed proti jejich r\u016fstu a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st i k jejich rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. Naopak bublinky s n\u00edzk\u00fdm povrchov\u00fdm nap\u011bt\u00edm se zv\u011bt\u0161uj\u00ed rychleji a maj\u00ed k tomu m\u00e9n\u011b vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek.<\/span><br style=\"text-align: justify;\" \/> <span style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u00ed\u017ee uveden\u00fd graf (vlevo) ukazuje, \u017ee povrchov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed mo\u010di je podobn\u00e9, jako povrchov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed krve a plazmy. Vzhledem k t\u00e9to skute\u010dnosti je mo\u017en\u00e9 z povrchov\u00e9ho nap\u011bt\u00ed mo\u010di, kter\u00e9 m\u016f\u017eeme lehce zm\u011b\u0159it, dob\u0159e odhadnout povrchov\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed krve a plazmy.
