Postupn\u011b v&scaron;ak z&iacute;sk&aacute;v&aacute; na oblib\u011b i d&yacute;chac&iacute; sm\u011bs s ni\u017e&scaron;&iacute;m obsahem dus&iacute;ku a vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute;m obsahem kysl&iacute;ku (tzv. obohacen&yacute; nitrox), a to hlavn\u011b mezi pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di, kte\u0159&iacute; up\u0159ednost\u0148uj&iacute; del&scaron;&iacute; pobyt pod vodou, nebo kte\u0159&iacute; se sna\u017e&iacute; sn&iacute;\u017eit dekompresn&iacute; zat&iacute;\u017een&iacute; p\u0159i ponorech b\u011b\u017en&eacute; d&eacute;lky. V sou\u010dasnosti, tedy p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b po 25 letech pou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; nitroxu p\u0159i rekrea\u010dn&iacute;m pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute;, ji\u017e z&iacute;skali pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di i v\u011bdci v t&eacute;to oblasti mnoho velmi cenn&yacute;ch zku&scaron;enost&iacute;. Ale n\u011bkte\u0159&iacute; pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di na sob\u011b nav&iacute;c vypozorovali stav, kter&yacute; zat&iacute;m nen&iacute; nijak v\u011bdecky podlo\u017een. Konkr&eacute;tn\u011b jde o to, \u017ee \u0159ada jedinc\u016f tvrd&iacute;, \u017ee se po pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; s nitroxem c&iacute;t&iacute; m&eacute;n\u011b unaven&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existuj&iacute; tedy n\u011bjak&eacute; solidn&iacute; d\u016fkazy podporuj&iacute;c&iacute; tvrzen&iacute;, \u017ee nitrox sni\u017euje &uacute;navu? A jak&eacute; by mohlo b&yacute;t v\u011bdeck&eacute; vysv\u011btlen&iacute; tohoto jevu?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&Uacute;nava, m&aacute;me t&iacute;m na mysli skute\u010dnou fyzickou vy\u010derpanost, je fyziologick&yacute; d\u016fsledek n\u011bjak&eacute; mimo\u0159&aacute;dn&eacute; fyzick&eacute; \u010dinnosti. Typicky se vyzna\u010duje subjektivn&iacute;m pocitem p\u0159echodn\u011b sn&iacute;\u017een&eacute; schopnosti vykon&aacute;vat b\u011b\u017en&eacute; fyzick&eacute; \u010dinnosti; \u010dasto je prov&aacute;zen&aacute; ospalost&iacute; a letargi&iacute;, ale n\u011bkdy tak&eacute; ni\u017e&scaron;&iacute; ment&aacute;ln&iacute; v&yacute;konnost&iacute;. Siln&aacute; &uacute;nava nen&iacute; nic nezn&aacute;m&eacute;ho ani po jednotliv&yacute;ch ponorech bez jak&yacute;chkoliv p\u0159&iacute;znak\u016f dekompresn&iacute;ho onemocn\u011bn&iacute; (DCS), ale hlavn\u011b se \u010dasto zmi\u0148uje jako jeden z p\u0159&iacute;znak\u016f DCS.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Subjektivn&iacute; zpr&aacute;vy pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016f zmi\u0148uj&iacute;c&iacute; men&scaron;&iacute; &uacute;navu po ponorech s pou\u017eit&iacute;m nitroxu jsou velmi sporn&eacute;. Do sou\u010dasn&eacute; doby toti\u017e nebyly provedeny \u017e&aacute;dn&eacute; objektivn&iacute; v&yacute;zkumy, kter&eacute; by p\u0159inesly spolehliv&eacute; d\u016fkazy o rozd&iacute;ln&eacute; m&iacute;\u0159e &uacute;navy a ment&aacute;ln&iacute; v&yacute;konnosti pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016f po ponorech proveden&yacute;ch s pou\u017eit&iacute;m vzduchu oproti pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016fm, kte\u0159&iacute; pou\u017e&iacute;vali nitrox.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b stejn&eacute; hloubky a \u010dasu se v&scaron;eobecn\u011b uzn&aacute;v&aacute;, \u017ee \u010d&iacute;m vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; je parci&aacute;ln&iacute; tlak vdechovan&eacute;ho kysl&iacute;ku (PO<sub>2<\/sub>) a z&aacute;rove\u0148 ni\u017e&scaron;&iacute; parci&aacute;ln&iacute; tlak inertn&iacute;ho plynu (PN<sub>2<\/sub>), t&iacute;m ni\u017e&scaron;&iacute; je dekompresn&iacute; zat&iacute;\u017een&iacute;. Tato skute\u010dnost sv&aacute;d&iacute; k p\u0159edpokladu, \u017ee ni\u017e&scaron;&iacute; dekompresn&iacute; zat&iacute;\u017een&iacute; souvis&iacute; se sn&iacute;\u017een&yacute;m pocitem &uacute;navy. Vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; PO<sub>2<\/sub> v&scaron;ak vyvol&aacute;v&aacute; v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; oxida\u010dn&iacute; stres a PO<sub>2<\/sub> p\u0159i pou\u017eit&iacute; nitroxu je vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; ne\u017e je tomu v p\u0159&iacute;pad\u011b pou\u017eit&iacute; vzduchu v dan&eacute; hloubce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">N\u011bkter&aacute; pozorov&aacute;n&iacute; pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016f nazna\u010duj&iacute;, \u017ee oxida\u010dn&iacute; stres vyvolan&yacute; vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute;m PO<sub>2<\/sub> u nitroxu by mohl zp\u016fsobovat m&iacute;rnou endoteli&aacute;ln&iacute; dysfunkci, co\u017e samo o sob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee v&eacute;st k nev&yacute;razn&yacute;m p\u0159&iacute;znak\u016fm ch&aacute;pan&yacute;m jako projevy &uacute;navy. Zdravotn&iacute; zpr&aacute;vy vyhotoven&eacute; odborn&iacute;ky pracuj&iacute;c&iacute;mi v hyperbarick&yacute;ch za\u0159&iacute;zen&iacute;ch, kter&eacute; se zmi\u0148uj&iacute; o v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute;m oxida\u010dn&iacute;m stresu b\u011bhem hyperbarick&eacute; kysl&iacute;kov&eacute; terapie a s t&iacute;m spojenou v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; &uacute;navou po absolvov&aacute;n&iacute; t&eacute;to l&eacute;\u010dby, tato zji&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute; podporuj&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na tento probl&eacute;m jsme se rozhodli zeptat dvou odborn&iacute;k\u016f, kter&eacute; jsme po\u017e&aacute;dali, aby se vyj&aacute;d\u0159ili ke shora zm&iacute;n\u011bn&yacute;m subjektivn&iacute;m pocit\u016fm pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016f t&yacute;kaj&iacute;c&iacute;ch se kladn&yacute;ch dopad\u016f nitroxu na stupe\u0148 &uacute;navy po pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; s touto plynnou sm\u011bs&iacute; ve spojitosti s pon\u011bkud kontroverzn&iacute;mi n&aacute;lezy zji&scaron;t\u011bn&yacute;mi p\u0159i v\u011bdeck&eacute;m v&yacute;zkumu dan&eacute;ho jevu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/620\/diver-1500x.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Jak&eacute; jsou mo\u017en&eacute; p\u0159&iacute;\u010diny &uacute;navy po proveden&eacute;m ponoru?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Richard Harris<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> &Uacute;nava n&aacute;sleduj&iacute;c&iacute; po proveden&eacute;m ponoru m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t v&yacute;sledkem mnoha faktor\u016f. N\u011bkter&eacute; mohou p\u0159&iacute;mo souviset s ponorem &ndash; takov&yacute;mi faktory jsou nap\u0159. zm\u011bny teplot, dekompresn&iacute; zat&iacute;\u017een&iacute;, v&yacute;dej energie, vysok&eacute; a pom\u011brn\u011b dlouh&eacute; vystaven&iacute; se p\u016fsoben&iacute; kysl&iacute;ku, &uacute;zkost a mo\u0159sk&aacute; nemoc. Nav&iacute;c k tomu ale mohou existovat i nep\u0159&iacute;mo souvisej&iacute;c&iacute; mo\u017en&eacute; p\u0159&iacute;\u010diny, nap\u0159. nedostatek sp&aacute;nku b\u011bhem dovolen&eacute;, alkohol, rychl&aacute; zm\u011bna \u010dasov&yacute;ch p&aacute;sem po cest\u011b letadlem (jet lag) atd. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Neal Pollock<\/strong><strong>:<\/strong> Mnoho lid&iacute; si neuv\u011bdomuje fyziologick&yacute; dopad skute\u010dnosti b&yacute;t zcela pono\u0159en pod vodu. Okam\u017eitou reakc&iacute; na hydrostatick&yacute; tlak je situace, kdy se zna\u010dn&eacute; mno\u017estv&iacute; krve, kter&aacute; norm&aacute;ln\u011b z\u016fst&aacute;v&aacute; v kapacitn&iacute;ch c&eacute;v&aacute;ch doln&iacute;ch kon\u010detin, vytla\u010duje do centr&aacute;ln&iacute; \u010d&aacute;sti t\u011bla (do hrudi). P\u0159i jednom zn&aacute;m&eacute;m v&yacute;zkumu tohoto jevu se prok&aacute;zalo, \u017ee b\u011bhem klidov&eacute; f&aacute;ze srde\u010dn&iacute;ho cyklu se do srdce vytla\u010d&iacute; pr\u016fm\u011brn\u011b asi 700 mililitr\u016f krve. Srdce se t&iacute;mto zv&yacute;&scaron;en&yacute;m objemem krve rozt&aacute;hne a ihned reaguje siln\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;mi stahy, co\u017e m&aacute; pom\u011brn\u011b rychle za n&aacute;sledek potla\u010den&iacute; ur\u010dit&yacute;ch hormon\u016f, aby se zv&yacute;&scaron;ilo vylu\u010dov&aacute;n&iacute; tekutin pomoc&iacute; ledvin. Jedn&aacute; se o zdravou reakci na fyziologick&eacute; vn&iacute;m&aacute;n&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;tomnosti nadm\u011brn&eacute;ho objemu tekutin. Nicm&eacute;n\u011b, nem&aacute; smysl dohadovat se, zdali se n\u011bkdo c&iacute;t&iacute; m&eacute;n\u011b unaven. Mnoho v&yacute;zkum\u016f prok&aacute;zalo, \u017ee placebo efekt m\u016f\u017ee m&iacute;t skute\u010dn&eacute; fyziologick&eacute; dopady, tak ty pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010de nechme, a\u0165 si sv&yacute;ch pocit\u016f men&scaron;&iacute; &uacute;navy u\u017e&iacute;vaj&iacute;. Vezmeme-li v&scaron;ak v &uacute;vahu v&scaron;echny z&aacute;t\u011b\u017ee, kter&eacute; bylo p\u0159i zm&iacute;n\u011bn&yacute;ch ponorech nutno strp\u011bt, t. j. stres tepeln&yacute;, dekompresn&iacute;, fyzick&yacute;, oxida\u010dn&iacute; i psychick&yacute;, co bych m\u011bl \u0159&iacute;ci k tomu, jak jsme se c&iacute;tili? Snad jen to, \u017ee jsme byli r&aacute;di, \u017ee jsme to p\u0159e\u017eili! Z&aacute;rove\u0148 je v&scaron;ak t\u0159eba dodat, \u017ee n\u011bkdy jsem se c&iacute;til stra&scaron;n\u011b unaven\u011b a &bdquo;nafouknut\u011b&ldquo; i po ponorech do mnohem men&scaron;&iacute;ch hloubek s ni\u017e&scaron;&iacute;m vystaven&iacute;m se O<sub>2<\/sub>, a to i na &nbsp;krat&scaron;&iacute; dobu &nbsp;v teplej&scaron;&iacute; vod\u011b.
