A je\u0161t\u011b nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed je stav, kdy \u00fazkost prov\u00e1z\u00ed i jej\u00ed &ldquo;siln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed bratr&rdquo; &ndash; panika, a nav\u00edc pod vodou. D\u016fvod, pro\u010d zdrav\u00e9 jedince bez vlastn\u00ed \u010di rodinn\u00e9 historie z\u00e1chvat\u016f \u00fazkosti nebo paniky p\u0159epadaj\u00ed tyto stavy pod vodou, je dosud nezn\u00e1m\u00fd. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pochopit, k \u010demu vlastn\u011b doch\u00e1z\u00ed. Z\u00e1chvat paniky, i kdy\u017e se m\u016f\u017ee jevit jako zd\u00e1nliv\u011b ne\u0161kodn\u00fd, b\u00fdv\u00e1 nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch nehod. Ji\u017e James Jones napsal ve sv\u00e9m slavn\u00e9m rom\u00e1nu Go to the Widowmaker tato slova: &ldquo;Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm nebezpe\u010d\u00edm byla panika, jedin\u00fd skute\u010dn\u00fd nep\u0159\u00edtel pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed.&rdquo;  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S t\u00edm souhlas\u00ed i odborn\u00edci na paniku p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, Arthur Bachrach a Glen Egstrom, ve sv\u00e9m odborn\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku Stress and Performance in Diving: &ldquo;V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s, kte\u0159\u00ed se zab\u00fdv\u00e1me v\u00fdzkumem pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed, je p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dena, \u017ee panika je zdaleka nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou zran\u011bn\u00ed i smrteln\u00fdch nehod p\u0159i t\u00e9to \u010dinnosti.&rdquo; A toto konstatov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee potvrdit i ka\u017ed\u00fd zku\u0161en\u00fd divemaster nebo instruktor. P\u0159esto n\u00e1s to nesm\u00ed v\u00e9st k n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee panika je neust\u00e1le \u010d\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed nep\u0159\u00edtel, kter\u00fd je p\u0159ipraven za\u00fato\u010dit na ka\u017ed\u00e9ho bez rozd\u00edlu v\u011bku, zku\u0161enost\u00ed, pohlav\u00ed nebo v\u00fdcviku. I kdy\u017e je panika nebezpe\u010dn\u00e1, d\u00e1 se j\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b zabr\u00e1nit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>V ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 studii (Colvard et al., 2000) byly zve\u0159ejn\u011bny v\u00fdsledky v\u00fdzkumu v\u00edce ne\u017e 12 000 pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f<\/strong>, kte\u0159\u00ed p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed za\u017eili z\u00e1chvat\/y paniky. C\u00edlem tohoto v\u00fdzkumu bylo zjistit d\u016fvody &ldquo;panika\u0159en\u00ed&rdquo;. V\u00fdsledky byly v\u00edce ne\u017e p\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed: Respondent\u016fm se nab\u00eddl seznam 43 mo\u017en\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din, nap\u0159. &ldquo;\u017eraloci&rdquo;, &ldquo;temnota&rdquo;, &ldquo;nedostatek vzduchu&rdquo; atd. Mo\u017en\u00e9 odpov\u011bdi byly rozd\u011bleny do t\u0159\u00ed kategori\u00ed, a sice podle: 1) pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch podm\u00ednek, 2) probl\u00e9m\u016f s v\u00fdstroj\u00ed a 3) fyzick\u00fdch a\/nebo psychologick\u00fdch probl\u00e9m\u016f. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di byli vyzv\u00e1ni, aby vyhodnotili, kter\u00e9 ze shora uveden\u00fdch hrozeb zp\u016fsobily jejich z\u00e1chvat paniky. Ze v\u0161ech 43 mo\u017en\u00fdch hrozeb byla v ka\u017ed\u00e9 kategorii nej\u010dast\u011bji vybr\u00e1na a\u017e posledn\u00ed kolonka nazvan\u00e1 &ldquo;Jin\u00e9&rdquo;.<br \/> Z toho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee ud\u00e1losti vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed paniku nepat\u0159\u00ed k \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdm objektivn\u00edm p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00e1m probl\u00e9m\u016f, skute\u010dn\u00fdm spou\u0161t\u011bc\u00edm mechanismem b\u00fdv\u00e1 n\u011bco trivi\u00e1ln\u00edho nebo rutinn\u00edho, n\u011bco, co by za jin\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed nikdo nepova\u017eoval za d\u016fvod k mo\u017en\u00e9 panice.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><br \/> Z v\u00fdro\u010dn\u00edch zpr\u00e1v DAN (annual reports) o nehod\u00e1ch a \u00famrt\u00edch p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed<\/strong> je patrn\u00e9, \u017ee a\u017e p\u0159ekvapuj\u00edc\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed ponor\u016f mohlo skon\u010dit bez probl\u00e9m\u016f, kdyby pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d dodr\u017eel pouze ta nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pravidla vysv\u011btlov\u00e1na a procvi\u010dov\u00e1na p\u0159i z\u00e1kladn\u00edm tr\u00e9ninku. Jen si vzpome\u0148te na pravidlo &ldquo;Nezadr\u017eujte dech a nestoupejte nahoru p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 rychle&rdquo; &ndash; kolikr\u00e1t jsme to sly\u0161eli, \u010detli a nacvi\u010dovali, a\u017e pro n\u00e1s bylo nep\u0159edstaviteln\u00e9, \u017ee by n\u011bkdy n\u011bjak\u00fd pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d mohl ud\u011blat takovou z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a trivi\u00e1ln\u00ed chybu. Panika v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159epadnout ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, z\u00e1chvat paniky je stejn\u011b nep\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u00fd jako infarkt.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Panika nem\u00e1 nic spole\u010dn\u00e9ho se zbab\u011blost\u00ed, nen\u00ed to nedostatek odvahy, ale necht\u011bn\u00e1 reakce na siln\u00fd p\u0159\u00edval adrenalinu do krve zp\u016fsoben\u00fd &ldquo;p\u0159\u00edkazem&rdquo; ze sympatick\u00e9 nervov\u00e9 soustavy v okam\u017eiku poc\u00edt\u011bn\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 velk\u00e9 hrozby, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek n\u00e1hl\u00e9 a v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 zrychlen\u00ed srde\u010dn\u00edho tepu a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e9 teploty i hladiny cukru v krvi. \u010clov\u011bku se st\u00e1hne \u017ealudek a za\u010dne poci\u0165ovat nauzeu. Za\u010dne se potit, poko\u017eka zbledne nebo naopak z\u010derven\u00e1. Zrychl\u00ed se dech, ale vdechy i v\u00fddechy jsou kr\u00e1tk\u00e9 a &ldquo;m\u011blk\u00e9&rdquo; (\u010dasto i nepravideln\u00e9).  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dostav\u00ed se jev zvan\u00fd &ldquo;z\u00fa\u017een\u00e9 vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed&rdquo;, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m se ze zorn\u00e9ho pole vytrat\u00ed perifern\u00ed vid\u011bn\u00ed a okoln\u00ed sv\u011bt se jev\u00ed jako p\u0159i pohledu skrze trubku. Nejhor\u0161\u00ed je, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk posti\u017een\u00fd panikou je \u010d\u00edm d\u00e1l roz\u010dilen\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nen\u00ed schopen logick\u00e9ho uva\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed. Ve\u0161ker\u00e1 jeho pozornost se up\u0159e na jedin\u00fd probl\u00e9m (kter\u00fd paniku vyvolal) a mo\u017en\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ustoup\u00ed do pozad\u00ed, jako by ani neexistovalo. Racion\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st mozku nedok\u00e1\u017ee z\u00e1chvat skute\u010dn\u00e9 paniky rychle zastavit z jednoho prost\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu &ndash; t\u011blu trv\u00e1 vst\u0159eb\u00e1n\u00ed adrenalinu n\u011bkolik minut, co\u017e zvy\u0161uje riziko proveden\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 nevhodn\u00e9 a\u017e nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 akce.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong>Dobrou zpr\u00e1vou je v\u0161ak skute\u010dnost, \u017ee navzdory tajemstv\u00ed, kter\u00e9 paniku obklopuje, d\u00e1 se jej\u00edmu vzniku t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 v\u017edy zabr\u00e1nit<\/strong>. Jako vod\u00edtko m\u016f\u017ee poslou\u017eit informace, na prvn\u00ed pohled ned\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1, ze shora zm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9 studie. I kdy\u017e odpov\u011bdi poskytnut\u00e9 pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di o pravd\u011bpodobn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u010din\u00e1ch z\u00e1chvat\u016f paniky vypadaj\u00ed tak neadresn\u00e9 a obecn\u00e9 (&ldquo;Jin\u00e9&rdquo;), \u017ee z nich nebylo mo\u017en\u00e9 vyvodit logick\u00e9, statistick\u00e9 ani epidemiologick\u00e9 z\u00e1v\u011bry, v\u0161ichni se v\u00edcem\u00e9n\u011b shodovali v tom, \u017ee t\u011bsn\u011b p\u0159ed z\u00e1chvatem paniky za\u010dali hyperventilovat. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zde je nutno p\u0159ipomenout, \u017ee hyperventilace (tj. rychl\u00e9, m\u011blk\u00e9 a nepravideln\u00e9 d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed) je klasick\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edznakem \u00fazkosti. A \u00fazkost je vlastn\u011b v\u00fdsledkem stresu nahromad\u011bn\u00e9ho v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dne, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e takov\u00fd stav n\u011bkdy vy\u00fast\u00ed a\u017e v podv\u011bdomou obavu, \u017ee \u010dlov\u011bk nedok\u00e1\u017ee vy\u0159e\u0161it na n\u011bj se val\u00edc\u00ed probl\u00e9m\/y. Z toho pak vznik\u00e1 pocit bezmoci, kter\u00fd je\u0161t\u011b umoc\u0148uje nejistotu, \u00fanavu, frustraci, strach a starosti, kter\u00e9 jsou pr\u016fvodn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota. Tot\u00e9\u017e se z\u0159ejm\u011b d\u011bje i s pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dem, kter\u00fd &ndash; jako v\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s &ndash; je vystresovan\u00fd je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159edt\u00edm, ne\u017e vstoup\u00ed do vody. Mohou se mu vybavit vzpom\u00ednky na n\u011bjak\u00fd obt\u00ed\u017en\u00fd nebo nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd ponor a to jej znerv\u00f3z\u0148uje. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A t\u0159eba jsou i pr\u00e1v\u011b existuj\u00edc\u00ed podm\u00ednky neobvykle obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9. Nebo \u0161el v\u010dera ve\u010der pozd\u011b sp\u00e1t a r\u00e1no byl na cest\u011b tak hust\u00fd provoz, \u017ee m\u011bl co d\u011blat, aby stihnul pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fd \u010dlun. Nebo mu nejde z hlavy &ldquo;ten zpropaden\u00fd probl\u00e9m&rdquo;, kter\u00fd na n\u011bj \u010dek\u00e1 v pr\u00e1ci. Nebo mu leze na nervy instruktor, kter\u00fd by se m\u011bl k n\u011bmu chovat slu\u0161n\u011b a jednat s n\u00edm jinak, ne si jej dob\u00edrat a t\u00edm ho a\u017e ur\u00e1\u017eet. Nebo jsou dne\u0161n\u00ed studenti mimo\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b neposlu\u0161n\u00ed a odm\u00edtaj\u00ed p\u0159esn\u011b plnit jeho p\u0159\u00edkazy. Nebo&#8230; atd.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>P\u0159i vstupu do vody je takov\u00fd pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d znepokojen\u00fd nebo roz\u010dilen\u00fd a nedok\u00e1\u017ee reagovat<\/strong> vyrovnan\u011b a pohotov\u011b, proto jej m\u016f\u017ee snadno zachv\u00e1tit pocit strachu. D\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed je obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e obvykle a mus\u00ed d\u00fdchat rychleji a kdy\u017e se stane n\u011bco ne\u010dekan\u00e9ho, t\u0159eba i mali\u010dkost (nap\u0159. mu sklouzne maska nebo mu v n\u011b\u010dem uv\u00edzne ploutev), za\u010dne hyperventilovat, ale p\u0159esto se mu zd\u00e1, \u017ee m\u00e1 po\u0159\u00e1d m\u00e1lo vzduchu. Pocit nedostatku vzduchu a t\u00edm i riziko udu\u0161en\u00ed st\u00e1le roste. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A to u\u017e k panice jen kr\u016f\u010dek. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se ned\u00e1 \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00e9ho pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de, kter\u00fd uv\u00edzl v rann\u00ed dopravn\u00ed z\u00e1cp\u011b, postihne z\u00e1chvat paniky, lid\u00e9 jsou r\u016fzn\u00ed a tak\u00e9 odli\u0161n\u011b zvl\u00e1daj\u00ed stres i ka\u017edodenn\u00ed starosti. N\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed&nbsp; jsou v\u016f\u010di stresu m\u00e9n\u011b odoln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00ed a tud\u00ed\u017e jsou i n\u00e1chyln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed k panice. Ale p\u0159esto je t\u0159eba znovu opakovat, \u017ee naprosto imunn\u00ed v\u016f\u010di panice nen\u00ed nikdo, nav\u00edc plat\u00ed, \u017ee individu\u00e1ln\u00ed mez odolnosti na paniku se u jednotlivc\u016f m\u011bn\u00ed den ode dne. <br \/> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>I kdy\u017e v\u0161e shora uveden\u00e9 m\u016f\u017ee vyzn\u00edvat pon\u011bkud znepokojiv\u011b, je t\u0159eba rovn\u011b\u017e zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee n\u00e1hl\u00e9 a skute\u010dn\u011b ne\u010dekan\u00e9 z\u00e1chvaty paniky b\u011bhem ponoru jsou vz\u00e1cn\u00e9<\/strong> &ndash; ve v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f ji\u017e hodiny (nebo i n\u011bkolik dn\u016f) p\u0159edem byl pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d pod stresem. Tak\u00e9 je nutno zm\u00ednit p\u0159\u00edslove\u010dn\u00e9: &ldquo;Nakonec i st\u00e9blo povalilo velblouda.&rdquo; Pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d se c\u00edt\u00ed p\u0159et\u00ed\u017een a strach ze selh\u00e1n\u00ed u n\u011bj vyvol\u00e1 paniku. P\u0159edstavte si \u017eongl\u00e9ra s t\u0159emi tal\u00ed\u0159i, potom se \u010dty\u0159mi, pak s p\u011bti. A p\u0159id\u00e1 je\u0161t\u011b jeden, ale ten u\u017e na n\u011bj bude p\u0159\u00edli\u0161. P\u0159edstaven\u00ed skon\u010d\u00ed zhroucen\u00edm cel\u00e9 konstrukce a hromadou st\u0159ep\u016f. <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou ztr\u00e1ty kontroly nad celou pohyblivou konstrukc\u00ed nebyl jen ten \u0161est\u00fd tal\u00ed\u0159, ale p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho tal\u00ed\u0159\u016f ve vzduchu. A tak je tomu i s panikou. M\u016f\u017ee ji vyvolat cokoliv (jako ten posledn\u00ed tal\u00ed\u0159), ale tak\u00e9 se j\u00ed d\u00e1 snadno zabr\u00e1nit &ldquo;odebr\u00e1n\u00edm n\u011bkolika tal\u00ed\u0159\u016f&rdquo;, neboli sn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm stresu a psychick\u00e9ho tlaku, kdy\u017e jsme pod vodou a odm\u00edtneme se starat o n\u011bjak\u00e1 zbyte\u010dn\u00e1 b\u0159emena,&nbsp;nebo nep\u0159evezmeme odpov\u011bdnost za n\u011bco, na \u010dem tolik nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"> <strong>Jedn\u00edm z nejlep\u0161\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f, jak sn\u00ed\u017eit stres, nebo se mu zcela vyhnout, je za\u0159adit si do pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00e9ho dne \u0159adu p\u0159est\u00e1vek<\/strong>. B\u011bhem nich odpo\u010d\u00edvejte a p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lejte o tom, co bude n\u00e1sledovat jako dal\u0161\u00ed krok. Kdy\u017e jste vystresovan\u00ed ji\u017e p\u0159i p\u0159\u00edjezdu na m\u00edsto srazu, zaparkujte a je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed vylo\u017een\u00edm v\u00fdbavy se uvoln\u011bte a n\u011bkolik minut ned\u011blejte v\u016fbec nic.<br \/> Dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159est\u00e1vku za\u0159a\u010fte, jakmile nalo\u017e\u00edte v\u00fdbavu na palubu, je\u0161t\u011b ne\u017e se obl\u00e9knete. A kdy\u017e jste ve vod\u011b, je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed ponorem si ud\u011blejte dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159est\u00e1vku. A tak pokra\u010dujte i b\u011bhem ponoru.<br \/> &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Existuj\u00ed nejm\u00e9n\u011b t\u0159i d\u016fvody, pro\u010d \u010dast\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vky sni\u017euj\u00ed stres<\/strong> a pom\u00e1haj\u00ed zabr\u00e1nit panice. Za prv\u00e9: pravideln\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vky sni\u017euj\u00ed \u00fanavu. Odpo\u010dinek podporuje sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed hladiny adrenalinu, zpomaluje srde\u010dn\u00ed tep, zpomaluje a prohlubuje d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed. D\u00edky klidov\u00e9mu stavu se vrac\u00ed k norm\u00e1lu mno\u017estv\u00ed oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho rozpu\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho v krvi1. Za druh\u00e9: p\u0159est\u00e1vky poskytuj\u00ed mo\u017enost u\u017e\u00edt si okam\u017eik du\u0161evn\u00edho klidu a bez stresu zpomalit pr\u016fb\u011bh ud\u00e1lost\u00ed, kter\u00e9 mus\u00edme stihnout.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00edky p\u0159est\u00e1vce m\u016f\u017eeme v\u011bnovat v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost nov\u00fdm pot\u0159eb\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 se objev\u00ed a bude je t\u0159eba uspokojit. A kone\u010dn\u011b za t\u0159et\u00ed: \u010dast\u00e9 p\u0159est\u00e1vky umo\u017en\u00ed zamyslet se nad bezprost\u0159edn\u011b n\u00e1sledn\u00fdm kolem a na d t\u00edm, jak se m\u00e1 prov\u00e9st. M\u00e1m se te\u010f obl\u00e9ci? Ne\u017e si nat\u00e1hnete oblek, zastavte se na chv\u00edli a v duchu si promyslete v\u0161echny n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00ed kroky, jeden po druh\u00e9m, doslova si v duchu d\u0161krt\u00e1vejte jednotliv\u00e9 polo\u017eky\/ \u00fakony budouc\u00ed \u010dinnosti.
