Ve chv&iacute;li, kdy se zab&yacute;v&aacute;me zdravotn&iacute;mi ot&aacute;zkami, je t\u0159eba t\u011bmto rozd&iacute;l\u016fm v\u011bnovat obzvl&aacute;&scaron;tn&iacute; pozornost. V n&aacute;sleduj&iacute;c&iacute;m textu popisujeme, nad \u010d&iacute;m by se m\u011bly \u017eeny pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010dky p\u0159ed zah&aacute;jen&iacute;m ponor\u016f zamyslet.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/977\/women-and-diving-laura-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">T\u011blesn&aacute; teplota<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u011blesn&aacute; teplota mu\u017e\u016f i \u017een je ovlivn\u011bna r\u016fzn&yacute;mi faktory, jako je obsah t\u011blesn&eacute;ho tuku, jeho rozm&iacute;st\u011bn&iacute; a pom\u011br t\u011blesn&eacute;ho povrchu a hmotnosti. Termoregulace a reakce na chlad m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t tak&eacute; ovlivn\u011bna hormon&aacute;ln&iacute; regulac&iacute;, ale hlavn&iacute; vliv m&aacute; t\u011blesn&eacute; slo\u017een&iacute; a velikost t\u011bla. Celkov&aacute; ztr&aacute;ta tepla je u \u017een v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute;, ne\u017e u mu\u017e\u016f, proto\u017ee maj&iacute; v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute; pom\u011br t\u011blesn&eacute;ho povrchu k objemu t\u011bla a men&scaron;&iacute; objem sval\u016f. Ka\u017edop&aacute;dn\u011b by v&scaron;ichni pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di bez rozd&iacute;lu m\u011bli b&yacute;t vybaveni obleky, kter&eacute; jim dob\u0159e padnou a udr\u017euj&iacute; jejich t\u011bla v teple.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Menstruace<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&Uacute;zkost, z&aacute;vrat\u011b, pocity chladu a sklony k panice mohou b&yacute;t siln\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; v pr\u016fb\u011bhu menstruace, nebo premenstrua\u010dn&iacute;ho syndromu. \u017deny by si m\u011bly uv\u011bdomit, jak se p\u0159i menstruaci c&iacute;t&iacute; a zv&aacute;\u017eit, zda uveden&eacute; p\u0159&iacute;znaky nemohou ohrozit jejich bezpe\u010d&iacute;. Rovn\u011b\u017e ztr&aacute;ty \u017eeleza menstrua\u010dn&iacute; krv&iacute; mohou sni\u017eovat t\u011blesnou zdatnost, tak\u017ee by \u017eeny m\u011bly b&yacute;t p\u0159ipraveny upravit si pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010dsk&yacute; program. V&yacute;zkumy prok&aacute;zaly, \u017ee v pr\u016fb\u011bhu folikul&aacute;rn&iacute; f&aacute;ze ovari&aacute;ln&iacute;ho cyklu (cca prvn&iacute;ch 14 dn&iacute; po menstruaci) m\u016f\u017ee b&yacute;t m&iacute;rn\u011b zv&yacute;&scaron;en&eacute; riziko rozvoje dekompresn&iacute; nemoci. Proto by \u017eeny m\u011bly uva\u017eovat o omezen&iacute; pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; v tomto obdob&iacute;.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Peror&aacute;ln&iacute; antikoncepce<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">U\u017e&iacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; peror&aacute;ln&iacute; antikoncepce zvy&scaron;uje krevn&iacute; sr&aacute;\u017elivost, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v&eacute;st k tromboembolick&eacute; p\u0159&iacute;hod\u011b, nap\u0159. plicn&iacute; embolii, infarktu myokardu, nebo c&eacute;vn&iacute; mozkov&eacute; p\u0159&iacute;hod\u011b. Tyto p\u0159&iacute;hody nelze \u0159e&scaron;it pod vodou. Aby bylo riziko co nejmen&scaron;&iacute;, je t\u0159eba zanechat kou\u0159en&iacute;, pravideln\u011b cvi\u010dit a v pr\u016fb\u011bhu dlouh&yacute;ch cest dopravn&iacute;mi prost\u0159edky se \u010dasto proch&aacute;zet a pohybovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/977\/women-and-diving-tatiana-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">T\u011bhotenstv&iacute;<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">T\u011bhotn&eacute; \u017eeny, \u017eeny, kter&eacute; nemohou t\u011bhotenstv&iacute; vylou\u010dit a \u017eeny, kter&eacute; se sna\u017e&iacute; ot\u011bhotn\u011bt, by se nem\u011bly pot&aacute;p\u011bt. Pr\u016fzkum mezi 208 matkami, kter&eacute; se pot&aacute;p\u011bly v pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bhotenstv&iacute;, prok&aacute;zal vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; frekvenci porod\u016f s n&iacute;zkou porodn&iacute; v&aacute;hou, vrozen&yacute;mi vadami, vy&scaron;&scaron;&iacute; v&yacute;skyt respira\u010dn&iacute;ch probl&eacute;m\u016f novorozenc\u016f a dal&scaron;&iacute; probl&eacute;my.<sup>1<\/sup> Podobn&yacute; pr\u016fzkum z roku 2016 rovn\u011b\u017e nazna\u010dil silnou souvislost mezi vrozen&yacute;mi vadami a p\u0159&iacute;strojov&yacute;m pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute;m v po\u010d&aacute;te\u010dn&iacute;ch f&aacute;z&iacute;ch t\u011bhotenstv&iacute;.<sup>2<\/sup> Studie zkoumaj&iacute;c&iacute; vliv dekomprese u b\u0159ez&iacute;ch ovc&iacute; prokazuj&iacute;, \u017ee v plodu se vyskytuj&iacute; bublinky je&scaron;t\u011b p\u0159ed klinick&yacute;mi zn&aacute;mkami dekompresn&iacute;ho onemocn\u011bn&iacute; u matky.<sup>3,4<\/sup> V&scaron;echny zkouman&eacute; ovce m\u011bly v pr\u016fb\u011bhu studie vysokou frekvenci potrat\u016f.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Nejv&iacute;ce informac&iacute; o bezp\u0159&iacute;strojov&eacute;m pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; v t\u011bhotenstv&iacute; poch&aacute;z&iacute; od japonsk&yacute;ch lovky\u0148 perel Ama a korejsk&yacute;ch lovky\u0148 mu&scaron;l&iacute; Haenyo, pro kter&eacute; je tento zp\u016fsob ob\u017eivy dodnes sou\u010d&aacute;st&iacute; jejich zp\u016fsobu \u017eivota. Mnoho pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010dek Ama pokra\u010duje v pr&aacute;ci pod vodou i v pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bhotenstv&iacute; bez v\u011bt&scaron;&iacute;ch probl&eacute;m\u016f, ale upravuj&iacute; si profily ponor\u016f. Opatrn&eacute; bezp\u0159&iacute;strojov&eacute; pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; pro z&aacute;bavu a relaxaci v pr\u016fb\u011bhu t\u011bhotenstv&iacute; lze tedy pova\u017eovat za bezpe\u010dn&eacute; (pokud je matka i plod v dobr&eacute;m zdravotn&iacute;m stavu), ale ur\u010dit\u011b se nejedn&aacute; o nejvhodn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; zp\u016fsob cvi\u010den&iacute; v tomto \u017eivotn&iacute;m obdob&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Doporu\u010den&iacute; t&yacute;kaj&iacute;c&iacute; se n&aacute;vratu k pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; po porodu se li&scaron;&iacute; podle typu porodu. Je t\u0159eba db&aacute;t na dostate\u010dn&eacute; zavod\u0148ov&aacute;n&iacute; organizmu.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">Kosmetick&aacute; a rekonstruk\u010dn&iacute; chirurgie<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Jak rychle se lze vr&aacute;tit k pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; po absolvov&aacute;n&iacute; v&yacute;konu plastick&eacute; chirurgie z&aacute;le\u017e&iacute; na charakteru v&yacute;konu.
