Behnke (v roce 1967), se tak&eacute; vztahuje na tzv. &bdquo;inherentn&iacute; nenasycen&iacute; tk&aacute;n&iacute;&rdquo; nebo na &bdquo;\u010d&aacute;ste\u010dn&eacute; uvoln\u011bn&iacute; tlaku&rdquo;. Zjednodu&scaron;en\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, kysl&iacute;kov&eacute; okno je rozd&iacute;l tlaku mezi parci&aacute;ln&iacute;m tlakem kysl&iacute;ku (PO<sub>2<\/sub>) v tepenn&eacute; krvi, co\u017e je rovnov&aacute;ha s okoln&iacute;m tlakem jako v&yacute;sledek v&yacute;m\u011bny plyn\u016f v pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010dov&yacute;ch plicn&iacute;ch skl&iacute;pc&iacute;ch a PPO2 v t\u011blesn&yacute;ch \u017eiln&iacute;ch tk&aacute;n&iacute;ch.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">P\u0159&iacute;\u010dinou je metabolick&aacute; spot\u0159eba kysl&iacute;ku, p\u0159i kter&eacute; se kysl&iacute;k m\u011bn&iacute; v oxid uhli\u010dit&yacute; (CO<sub>2<\/sub>). V plazm\u011b se v&scaron;ak CO<sub>2&nbsp;<\/sub>rozpou&scaron;t&iacute; mnohem rychleji ne\u017e kysl&iacute;k, \u010d&iacute;m se vytv&aacute;\u0159&iacute; jak&aacute;si &bdquo;pr&aacute;zdnota&ldquo; v sou\u010dtu parci&aacute;ln&iacute;ch tlak\u016f v \u017eiln&iacute; stran\u011b tk&aacute;n\u011b.
