Pak si v duchu \u0159ekne&scaron;, \u017ee takov&eacute; my&scaron;lenky tedy moc nepom&aacute;haj&iacute;. Proto se rad\u011bji soust\u0159ed&iacute;&scaron; na nejsou\u010dasn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;tomnost a jen na tento ponor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pod vodou jsme vystaveni r\u016fzn&yacute;m nebezpe\u010d&iacute;m poch&aacute;zej&iacute;c&iacute;m z dan&eacute;ho prost\u0159ed&iacute;. To m\u016f\u017ee u \u010dlov\u011bka vyvol&aacute;vat nejr\u016fzn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; z&aacute;\u017eitky: psychologick&eacute; reakce na stres, ne\u017e&aacute;douc&iacute; emoce, ale i deprimuj&iacute;c&iacute; pocity. \u0158e&scaron;en&iacute; aktu&aacute;ln&iacute;ch probl&eacute;m\u016f vy\u010derp&aacute;v&aacute; na&scaron;i kognitivn&iacute; (pozn&aacute;vac&iacute;) kapacitu a n\u011bkdy m\u016f\u017ee v&eacute;st k p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron;n&eacute;mu zat&iacute;\u017een&iacute;. N&aacute;sledkem b&yacute;v&aacute; negativn&iacute; dopad na v&yacute;konnost, a jestli\u017ee se takov&aacute; situace ignoruje, m\u016f\u017ee dosp\u011bt a\u017e k v&aacute;\u017en&eacute; nehod\u011b! A i kdy\u017e je v&scaron;echno v po\u0159&aacute;dku, m\u016f\u017ee na&scaron;e mysl vyvolat jakousi diskusi, kter&aacute; upout&aacute; na&scaron;i pozornost, co\u017e n&aacute;sledn\u011b ovlivn&iacute; fyziologick&eacute; procesy jako d&yacute;ch&aacute;n&iacute; a tepovou frekvenci. Mus&iacute;me regulovat reaktivn&iacute; emoce jako strach nebo frustraci. Ovl&aacute;dat reakce na bolest a jin&eacute; pocity. Mus&iacute;me um\u011bt nasm\u011brovat svou pozornost tam, kam je j&iacute; zapot\u0159eb&iacute;, abychom si neust&aacute;le objektivn\u011b uv\u011bdomovali danou situaci. &Uacute;\u010dinn&eacute; ovl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; emoc&iacute; a pozornosti je p\u0159i pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; z&aacute;sadn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit&eacute;, tak\u017ee o co p\u0159esn\u011b jde?<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vezm\u011bte si nap\u0159&iacute;klad sv\u016fj scuba regul&aacute;tor. Co od n\u011bj pot\u0159ebujete? Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b dostate\u010dn&yacute; p\u0159&iacute;sun d&yacute;chac&iacute;ho plynu pro p\u0159&iacute;slu&scaron;nou hloubku, a pod tlakem, kter&yacute; v&aacute;m umo\u017en&iacute; d&yacute;chat pohodln\u011b. Regulace plynu je adaptivn&iacute; proces, kter&yacute; se m\u011bn&iacute; podle dosa\u017een&eacute; hloubky a dal&scaron;&iacute;ch prom\u011bnn&yacute;ch. Ale reguluje se i lidsk&eacute; chov&aacute;n&iacute;. Mechanismy t&eacute;to regulace jsou dosti slo\u017eit&eacute;, hlavn&iacute; c&iacute;l v&scaron;ak z\u016fst&aacute;v&aacute; stejn&yacute;: \u010dlov\u011bk se m&aacute; chovat tak, aby se p\u0159izp\u016fsobil dan&eacute; situaci. Jedna u\u017eite\u010dn&aacute; koncepce regulace emoc&iacute; je <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nicabm.com\/3circles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">model t\u0159&iacute; kruh\u016f podle Paula Gilberta<\/a>. Popisuje t\u0159i z&aacute;kladn&iacute; oblasti psychofyziologick&eacute; regulace, ke kter&eacute; doch&aacute;z&iacute; podle vznikl&eacute; situace. Zm&iacute;n\u011bn&eacute; t\u0159i oblasti jsou tyto:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">hrozba\/bezpe\u010d&iacute; &ndash; aktivace pocit\u016f, kter&eacute; vyvol&aacute;vaj&iacute; stav pro boj\/&uacute;t\u011bk;<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">uklidn\u011bn&iacute; &ndash; parasympatick&aacute; aktivace, kter&aacute; n&aacute;s uklidn&iacute; a umo\u017e\u0148uje odpo\u010dinek\/regeneraci a<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">hnac&iacute; s&iacute;la\/motivace &ndash; aktivace syst&eacute;m\u016f, kter&eacute; n&aacute;s vedou a pob&iacute;zej&iacute; k &uacute;\u010deln&eacute;mu jedn&aacute;n&iacute; a kreativit\u011b. &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">V&scaron;echny t\u0159i oblasti se neust&aacute;le m\u011bn&iacute;, aby se uspokojily po\u017eadavky dan&eacute; situace. Flexibiln&iacute; p\u0159izp\u016fsoben&iacute; se na danou situaci n&aacute;m umo\u017e\u0148uje &uacute;\u010dinn\u011b reagovat a d&iacute;ky tomu prosperovat a rozv&iacute;jet se. V obt&iacute;\u017en&yacute;ch situac&iacute;ch mohou b&yacute;t na&scaron;e regula\u010dn&iacute; syst&eacute;my ochromen&eacute;: nap\u0159. nervy naru&scaron;en&eacute; starostmi nebo nedostatkem sp&aacute;nku, endokrinn&iacute; procesy negativn\u011b ovlivn\u011bn&eacute; traumatem, nepravideln&yacute; srde\u010dn&iacute; rytmus zp\u016fsoben&yacute; stresem. Na&scaron;e psychologick&eacute; procesy jsou propojen&eacute; s fyziologick&yacute;m &bdquo;hardware&ldquo; a\u017e to t&eacute; m&iacute;ry, \u017ee se navz&aacute;jem ovliv\u0148uj&iacute;. Psychologick&eacute; terapie se zam\u011b\u0159uj&iacute; na kognitivn&iacute; procesy, vzpom&iacute;nky a akce. Fyzick&aacute; terapie spojen&aacute; s pohybem uvol\u0148uje nap\u011bt&iacute;, zlep&scaron;uje fyzickou zdatnost a pom&aacute;h&aacute; zpracov&aacute;vat my&scaron;lenky. Pocit podpory a soun&aacute;le\u017eitosti se spole\u010denstv&iacute;m m\u016f\u017ee v&eacute;st a\u017e k &uacute;pln&eacute;mu &bdquo;restartu&ldquo; osobnosti. Kdy\u017e se poda\u0159&iacute; okoln&iacute; stresov&eacute; faktory odstranit nebo od nich uniknout, m\u016f\u017ee to sehr&aacute;t d\u016fle\u017eitou roli p\u0159i regulac&iacute; emoc&iacute;: je-li nap\u0159&iacute;klad stresov&yacute;m faktorem 14tihodinov&yacute; pracovn&iacute; den, tak je nejlep&scaron;&iacute; pracovi&scaron;t\u011b opustit a po\u0159&aacute;dn\u011b si odpo\u010dinout. V&yacute;zkumn&iacute; pracovn&iacute;ci sledovali 67 \u010dlen\u016f jednoho sportovn&iacute;ho klubu po dobu jednoho t&yacute;dne jejich tr&eacute;ninkov&yacute;ch proces\u016f a vyhodnocovali m&iacute;ru poci\u0165ovan&eacute;ho stresu a pohody. Na po\u010d&aacute;tku vn&iacute;malo asi 90 procent v&scaron;ech &uacute;\u010dastn&iacute;k\u016f ur\u010dit&yacute; z&aacute;kladn&iacute; stres, kter&yacute; byl nad klinickou hranic&iacute;. Asi polovina &uacute;\u010dastn&iacute;k\u016f pak str&aacute;vila t&yacute;den s p\u0159&iacute;strojov&yacute;m pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute;m a zbytek se v\u011bnoval r\u016fzn&yacute;m jin&yacute;m sport\u016fm, v\u010detn\u011b j&iacute;zdy na kajaku, lezen&iacute; ve skal&aacute;ch a turistiky. Na konci sledovan&eacute;ho obdob&iacute; a cel&yacute; n&aacute;sleduj&iacute;c&iacute; m\u011bs&iacute;c prokazovali trval&eacute; sn&iacute;\u017een&iacute; poci\u0165ovan&eacute;ho stresu (p&lt;0.01) jen pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na rozd&iacute;l od toho nebyla ve skupin\u011b provozuj&iacute;c&iacute; r\u016fzn&eacute; jin&eacute; sporty zaznamen&aacute;na \u017e&aacute;dn&aacute; v&yacute;znamn&aacute; zm\u011bna stresu. Nav&iacute;c se u 13.51% ze skupiny pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016f sn&iacute;\u017eil jejich poci\u0165ovan&yacute; stres pod klinickou hranici (ve srovn&aacute;n&iacute; s 6.67% ze skupiny provozuj&iacute;c&iacute; ostatn&iacute; sporty). A stejn\u011b jako skupina s jin&yacute;mi sporty, tak i pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di prokazovali po zm&iacute;n\u011bn&eacute;m t&yacute;dnu lep&scaron;&iacute; n&aacute;ladu. Sice se jednalo jen o men&scaron;&iacute; v&yacute;zkum a daly by se mu vytknout n\u011bkter&eacute; metodick&eacute; nedostatky, ale zji&scaron;t\u011bn&eacute; poznatky odpov&iacute;daj&iacute; opakovan&yacute;m zpr&aacute;v&aacute;m od pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016f, \u017ee se d&iacute;ky p\u0159&iacute;strojov&eacute;mu pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; c&iacute;t&iacute; l&eacute;pe.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&eacute;\u010debn&yacute; &uacute;\u010dinek pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; se d&aacute; vyu\u017e&iacute;t k rehabilitaci lid&iacute;, kte\u0159&iacute; utrp\u011bli n\u011bjak&eacute; extr&eacute;mn&iacute; trauma nebo zran\u011bn&iacute;. Bude zapot\u0159eb&iacute; je&scaron;t\u011b d\u016fkladn\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ho prozkoum&aacute;n&iacute; specifick&yacute;ch l&eacute;\u010debn&yacute;ch &uacute;\u010dink\u016f, ale ji\u017e te\u010f je jist&eacute;, \u017ee se jedn&aacute; o dopady multifaktori&aacute;ln&iacute;. Pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010dsk&eacute; prost\u0159ed&iacute; poskytuje na&scaron;im regula\u010dn&iacute;m syst&eacute;m\u016fm p\u0159irozenou zp\u011btnou vazbu. Dostaneme-li se pod tlak (stres), na&scaron;e d&yacute;ch&aacute;n&iacute; se zm\u011bn&iacute;. P\u0159i pou\u017eit&iacute; otev\u0159en&eacute;ho okruhu to lze vypozorovat na mno\u017estv&iacute; bublinek. V minulosti v\u011bdci dokonce po\u010d&iacute;tali pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010dovy bublinky za &uacute;\u010delem zji&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute; m&iacute;ry (kvantifikace) stresu: nap\u0159&iacute;klad p\u0159i <a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/235925561_Effectiveness_of_a_mental_training_program_for_novice_scuba_divers\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">v&yacute;zkumu zam\u011b\u0159en&eacute;m na stanoven&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;nosu tr&eacute;ninku na ment&aacute;ln&iacute; dovednosti&nbsp;<\/a>m\u011b\u0159ili v&yacute;zkumn&iacute; pracovn&iacute;ci rychlost d&yacute;ch&aacute;n&iacute; sledov&aacute;n&iacute;m po\u010dtu v&yacute;dech\u016f bublinek za minutu. Pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di se u\u010d&iacute; sledovat zm\u011bny vyv&aacute;\u017een&iacute; (vzpl&yacute;vavosti) nebo d&yacute;ch&aacute;n&iacute; jako ukazatele stavu emoc&iacute; a pozornosti.
