Dv\u011b ned&aacute;vn&eacute; studie v&yacute;zkumn&iacute;k\u016f zab&yacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute;ch se hyperbari&iacute;, mezi nimi i Constantino Balestra z DAN Europe, p\u0159isp&iacute;vaj&iacute; k zat&iacute;m mal&eacute;mu, ale neust&aacute;le rostouc&iacute;mu mno\u017estv&iacute; u\u017eite\u010dn&yacute;ch dat.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7890\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Na rozd&iacute;l od pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d\u016f s otev\u0159en&yacute;m okruhem, kte\u0159&iacute; jsou omezeni na pevn\u011b stanoven&eacute; sm\u011bsi plyn\u016f, kter&eacute; si nesou s sebou ve sv&yacute;ch lahv&iacute;ch, pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di s uzav\u0159en&yacute;m okruhem s rebreatherem (CCR) mohou \u0159&iacute;dit slo\u017een&iacute; sv&eacute;ho d&yacute;chac&iacute;ho plynu b\u011bhem ponoru. Vyu\u017e&iacute;vaj&iacute; tak mo\u017enost udr\u017eovat optim&aacute;ln&iacute; parci&aacute;ln&iacute; parci&aacute;ln&iacute; tlak kysl&iacute;ku (PO<sub data-renderer-mark=\"true\">2<\/sub>) a t&iacute;m minimalizovat zat&iacute;\u017een&iacute; inertn&iacute;m plynem. V&yacute;sledkem je, \u017ee pou\u017eit&iacute; CCR umo\u017e\u0148uje krat&scaron;&iacute; dekompresn&iacute; \u010dasy ve srovn&aacute;n&iacute; s pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di pou\u017e&iacute;vaj&iacute;c&iacute;mi otev\u0159en&yacute; okruh.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8374\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">B&yacute;t na CCR nav&iacute;c v&yacute;znamn\u011b sni\u017euje mno\u017estv&iacute; plynu, kter&eacute; pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d pou\u017e&iacute;v&aacute; &ndash; co\u017e je d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute; faktor vzhledem k \u010dast&eacute; obt&iacute;\u017enosti z&iacute;skat helium (a tak&eacute; jeho cen\u011b) v mnoha \u010d&aacute;stech sv\u011bta. V&scaron;echny tyto faktory p\u0159isp\u011bly k tomu, \u017ee se p\u0159echod od otev\u0159en&eacute;ho okruhu k CCR stal d\u016fle\u017eit&yacute;m trendem v posledn&iacute;ch dvou desetilet&iacute;ch. Na trh vstoupili nov&iacute; v&yacute;robci rebreather\u016f a elektronick&yacute;ch ovlada\u010d\u016f, technologie CCR se st&aacute;le zdokonaluje a st&aacute;v&aacute; se spolehliv\u011bj&scaron;&iacute; a hlubok&eacute; ponory s CCR jsou st&aacute;le b\u011b\u017en\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8866\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">M&aacute; to v&scaron;ak h&aacute;\u010dek. V&yacute;zkumn&iacute;ci m\u011b\u0159ili \u0159adu fyziologick&yacute;ch parametr\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b spirometrie (v&yacute;kon plic), t\u011blesn&eacute; hmotnosti (jako indik&aacute;toru hydratace), hematokritu, kr&aacute;tkodob&eacute; variability srde\u010dn&iacute; frekvence (HRV) a kritick&eacute; frekvence blik&aacute;n&iacute; (CFFF) jako potenci&aacute;ln&iacute;ho indik&aacute;toru kognitivn&iacute; poruchy.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10584\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hlavn&iacute;m zji&scaron;t\u011bn&iacute;m v\u011bdc\u016f bylo, \u017ee do&scaron;lo ke zna\u010dn&eacute;mu &uacute;bytku t\u011blesn&eacute; hmoty v d\u016fsledku dehydratace &ndash; sn&iacute;\u017een&iacute; o 3,5 kg ze 73,5 na 70,0 kg pro medi&aacute;n &ndash; a tak&eacute; k v&yacute;znamn&eacute;mu sn&iacute;\u017een&iacute; funkce plic bezprost\u0159edn\u011b po pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute;, z \u010deho\u017e se pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di postupn\u011b vzpamatovali.
