Nen&iacute; divu, \u017ee je tak&eacute; jednou z nej\u010dast\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;ch ob\u011bt&iacute; &scaron;patn&eacute;ho ovl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; vztlaku.<\/p>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"4327\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Z&aacute;kladn&iacute; technika<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4346\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ovl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; vztlaku je nezbytn&eacute; pro pohodl&iacute; a bezpe\u010dnost ponoru. Tuto skute\u010dnost si mus&iacute;me neust&aacute;le uv\u011bdomovat. &Scaron;patn&eacute; ovl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; vztlaku zvy&scaron;uje spot\u0159ebu vzduchu, ale co je d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;, ovliv\u0148uje pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010dovu vertik&aacute;ln&iacute; regulaci rychlosti. Za\u010d&iacute;n&aacute; to v&aacute;\u017een&iacute;m: Pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d nesouc&iacute; s sebou n\u011bjakou nadv&aacute;hu mus&iacute; d&aacute;t v&iacute;ce vzduchu do za\u0159&iacute;zen&iacute; pro kompenzaci vztlaku (BCD), kter&eacute; zesiluje &uacute;\u010dinek zm\u011bn tlaku v hloubce. Such&yacute; oblek se chov&aacute; stejn\u011b. Rychl&aacute; zm\u011bna objemu v such&eacute;m obleku nebo BCD m\u016f\u017ee v&eacute;st k rychl&yacute;m v&yacute;stup\u016fm nebo necht\u011bn&yacute;m sestup\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4876\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di, kte\u0159&iacute; maj&iacute; nadv&aacute;hu a neda\u0159&iacute; se jim to kompenzovat p\u0159id&aacute;n&iacute;m dal&scaron;&iacute;ho plynu do sv&yacute;ch BCD, vykazuj&iacute; ve vod\u011b velmi typickou polohu: jedn&aacute; se o vzp\u0159&iacute;menou polohu se sklopen&yacute;mi ploutvemi. Aby tito pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di neklesali, jsou nuceni neust&aacute;le pou\u017e&iacute;vat ploutve, \u010d&iacute;m\u017e ohro\u017euj&iacute; mo\u0159sk&eacute; dno a mohou zp\u016fsobit ztr&aacute;tu viditelnosti, pokud rozv&iacute;\u0159&iacute; p&iacute;sek. Na druhou stranu pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010di, kte\u0159&iacute; nemaj&iacute; dostate\u010dnou v&aacute;hu nebo maj&iacute; v BCD p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; mnoho vzduchu, jsou obvykle vyv&aacute;\u017een&iacute; v poloze s hlavou dol\u016f. Tyto chyby mohou dostat pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010de p\u0159&iacute;mo do hyperbarick&eacute; komory. Riziko barotraumatu se sice m\u016f\u017ee zd&aacute;t mal&eacute; ve srovn&aacute;n&iacute; s rizikem dekompresn&iacute; nemoci (DCS), ale statistika vypov&iacute;d&aacute; o n\u011b\u010dem jin&eacute;m. Nej\u010dast\u011bj&scaron;&iacute;m poran\u011bn&iacute;m p\u0159i pot&aacute;p\u011bn&iacute; je barotrauma, nikoli DCS. Nespr&aacute;vn&eacute; ovl&aacute;d&aacute;n&iacute; vztlaku je hlavn&iacute;m faktorem v mnoha p\u0159&iacute;padech barotraumat.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6070\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pot&aacute;p\u011b\u010d se v&scaron;ak nemus&iacute; vrhat do propasti nebo vyst\u0159elit na hladinu, aby se zranil. Tak&eacute; opakovan&eacute; n&aacute;hl&eacute; zm\u011bny hloubky mohou u&scaron;i snadno po&scaron;kodit. P\u0159&iacute;kladem jsou instrukto\u0159i, kte\u0159&iacute; b\u011bhem kurzu berou studenty nahoru a dol\u016f, \u010dasto jim pom&aacute;haj&iacute; ob\u011bma rukama a nesoust\u0159ed&iacute; se na sv\u016fj vlastn&iacute; vztlak. Instrukto\u0159i n\u011bkdy nedok&aacute;\u017eou vyrovnat vztlak ve spr&aacute;vn&yacute;ch intervalech, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee m&iacute;t za n&aacute;sledek barotrauma. Bohu\u017eel mnoz&iacute; neznaj&iacute; techniku vyrovn&aacute;v&aacute;n&iacute; tlaku handsfree, kter&aacute; se vysv\u011btluje v <a href=\"https:\/\/www.daneurope.org\/en\/-\/equaleasy-course\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">kurzu EqualEasy<\/a>. A v&iacute;me-li, \u017ee mus&iacute;me sestoupit, m\u011bli bychom se vyvarovat uvoln\u011bn&iacute; p\u0159&iacute;li&scaron; velk&eacute;ho mno\u017estv&iacute; plynu, zvl&aacute;&scaron;t\u011b pokud jsme ji\u017e v hloubce.
