Jak uvid\u00edme v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt dokonce <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">nepochopen<\/strong> jak pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dem, tak jeho kolegou, co\u017e vede k nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdm rozhodnut\u00edm b\u011bhem ponoru s \u017eivot ohro\u017euj\u00edc\u00edmi n\u00e1sledky.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed-IPO\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"4623\">Vysv\u011btlen\u00ed IPO<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"538\">Kdy\u017e se pot\u00e1p\u00edme nebo prov\u00e1d\u00edme jin\u00e9 \u010dinnosti souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s ponorem, jako je plav\u00e1n\u00ed nebo freediving, <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">hydrostatick\u00fd tlak<\/strong> vody tla\u010d\u00ed podstatn\u011b v\u00edce krve do centr\u00e1ln\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti na\u0161eho t\u011bla, kde m\u00e1me srdce a pl\u00edce. Velikost na\u0161eho srdce a srde\u010dn\u00ed pln\u00edc\u00ed tlak se proto zvy\u0161uje a v d\u016fsledku toho se klade na srdce v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1t\u011b\u017e. Kdy\u017e pak m\u00e1me i z\u00fa\u017een\u00e9 perifern\u00ed c\u00e9vy (<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">vazokonstrikci<\/strong>) zp\u016fsoben\u00e9 nap\u0159. pono\u0159en\u00edm do studen\u00e9 vody nebo kv\u016fli vysok\u00e9mu krevn\u00edmu tlaku, zvy\u0161uje se i protitlak \u010di plicn\u00ed kapil\u00e1rn\u00ed tlak. <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Krevn\u00ed tlak v alveol\u00e1rn\u00edch kapil\u00e1r\u00e1ch<\/strong> se m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it a\u017e na \u00farove\u0148, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje prosakov\u00e1n\u00ed plazmy do alveol, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b plyn\u016f. S touto tekutinou v plicn\u00edch skl\u00edpc\u00edch (podobn\u011b jako u tonut\u00ed) doch\u00e1z\u00ed ke <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">sn\u00ed\u017een\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bn\u011b plyn\u016f <\/strong>a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hladiny kysl\u00edku (hypoxie) v na\u0161em t\u011ble. Nav\u00edc negativn\u00ed tlak v d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee IPO dokonce zhor\u0161it. Tento podtlak v d\u00fdchac\u00edch cest\u00e1ch m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edtomen b\u011bhem v\u00fdstupu, proto\u017ee v tu chv\u00edli je poloha hlavy pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de v\u00fd\u0161e, ne\u017e jsou jeho pl\u00edce.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"538\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11387839 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/what_is_pulmonary_edema_diving.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"922\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/what_is_pulmonary_edema_diving.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/what_is_pulmonary_edema_diving-300x270.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/what_is_pulmonary_edema_diving-768x692.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/what_is_pulmonary_edema_diving-700x630.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5652\">Jako p\u0159\u00edm\u00fd d\u016fsledek m\u016f\u017ee pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d za\u017e\u00edvat <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">du\u0161nost, ka\u0161el<\/strong> (ob\u011b\u0165 m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 vyka\u0161l\u00e1vat r\u016f\u017eov\u011b zbarven\u00e9 p\u011bniv\u00e9 sputum), <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">zmatenost <\/strong>a neschopnost vykon\u00e1vat norm\u00e1ln\u00ed funkce. B\u011bhem v\u00fdstupu m\u016f\u017ee pokles parci\u00e1ln\u00edho tlaku kysl\u00edku v plic\u00edch\/t\u011ble p\u0159\u00edznaky je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161it a m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st a\u017e k bezv\u011bdom\u00ed a z\u00e1stav\u011b srdce.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5953\">I kdy\u017e jsou v\u00edce ohro\u017een\u00e9 osoby se srde\u010dn\u00edmi probl\u00e9my nebo vysok\u00fdm krevn\u00edm tlakem, ani zdrav\u00ed jedinci nejsou z\u00a0IPO vylou\u010deni. V minulosti bylo hl\u00e1\u0161eno n\u011bkolik p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f zdatn\u00fdch vojensk\u00fdch plavc\u016f\/pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d\u016f s IPO. Jak jsme se ji\u017e zm\u00ednili, <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">studen\u00e1 voda<\/strong> vede k vazokonstrikci, ale p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed faktory, jako je <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">stres <\/strong>a <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">n\u00e1maha<\/strong>, mohou tak\u00e9 v\u00e9st ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed krevn\u00edho tlaku. Pro sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed rizika DCI je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 dobr\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">hydratace<\/strong> p\u0159ed ponorem, ale p\u0159\u00edli\u0161n\u00e1 hydratace se tak\u00e9 nedoporu\u010duje, proto\u017ee by se t\u00edm mohlo zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed IPO.<\/p>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"2600\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11387849 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/divers_1500-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1500\" height=\"1000\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/divers_1500-1.jpg 1500w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/divers_1500-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/divers_1500-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/08\/divers_1500-1-700x467.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1500px) 100vw, 1500px\" \/><\/h3>\n<h3 id=\"Rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed-p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"6486\">Rozpozn\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edznak\u016f<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6507\">IPO znamen\u00e1 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd zdravotn\u00ed probl\u00e9m, ale stav m\u016f\u017eeme je\u0161t\u011b zhor\u0161it, ani\u017e bychom si to uv\u011bdomovali. Kdy\u017e pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d poci\u0165uje <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">du\u0161nost<\/strong> nebo m\u00e1 pot\u00ed\u017ee s n\u00e1dechem b\u011bhem ponoru, m\u016f\u017ee myln\u011b doj\u00edt k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee jeho regul\u00e1tor nefunguje spr\u00e1vn\u011b nebo ji\u017e nem\u00e1 dostatek d\u00fdchac\u00edho plynu. Kdy\u017e potom signalizuje sv\u00e9mu kolegovi, \u017ee se mu nedost\u00e1v\u00e1 vzduchu, poskytne mu kolega alternativn\u00ed zdroj vzduchu, jen\u017ee to probl\u00e9m nevy\u0159e\u0161\u00ed. Zat\u00edmco pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d za\u010dne b\u00fdt nerv\u00f3zn\u00ed, kolega m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt zmaten\u00fd, proto\u017ee v\u00ed, \u017ee jeho alternativn\u00ed zdroj vzduchu funguje perfektn\u011b, a mohl by doj\u00edt k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di doch\u00e1z\u00ed dech a panika\u0159\u00ed. V reakci na to se m\u016f\u017ee kolega pokusit posti\u017een\u00e9ho pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de uklidnit a ud\u011blat v\u0161e pro to, aby se vyhnul ne\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9mu a\u017e panick\u00e9mu v\u00fdstupu na hladinu. Probl\u00e9m v\u0161ak nen\u00ed v regul\u00e1toru nebo v z\u00e1sobov\u00e1n\u00ed plynem a kolega situaci jen zhor\u0161ujeme, kdy\u017e se sna\u017e\u00ed udr\u017eet pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de dole.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7394\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00fd postup je doprovodit pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de k hladin\u011b a<strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\"> co nejd\u0159\u00edve ho dostat z vody<\/strong>, proto\u017ee to zvr\u00e1t\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek hydrostatick\u00e9ho tlaku na t\u011blo popsan\u00fd shora. Na hladin\u011b se se nesm\u00ed zanechat pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d osamocen\u00fd, proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k bezv\u011bdom\u00ed b\u011bhem v\u00fdstupu nebo i t\u011bsn\u011b u hladiny. Stoprocentn\u00ed <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">kysl\u00edk<\/strong> by se m\u011bl pod\u00e1vat ve chv\u00edli, kdy je pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d v klidu a um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fd v pohodln\u00e9 poloze vsed\u011b, ale rozhodn\u011b se nemaj\u00ed pod\u00e1vat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 tekutiny. Tak\u00e9 je pot\u0159eba <strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">udr\u017eovat pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de v teple<\/strong>, aby se u n\u011bj zvr\u00e1til \u00fa\u010dinek vazokonstrikce.
