Je v\u0161ak bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvat kreatin p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed? Nebo to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dokonce prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9? Co k\u00a0tomu \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 v\u011bda:<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Co-vlastn\u011b-kreatin-zp\u016fsobuje?\" data-local-id=\"fb5732c63cd6\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"8522\">Co vlastn\u011b kreatin zp\u016fsobuje?<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8553\" data-local-id=\"3761254d4208\">Kreatin je meziprodukt pro ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed energie pro bu\u0148ky va\u0161eho t\u011bla. Energie vyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 mnoha fyziologick\u00fdmi procesy, v\u010detn\u011b svalov\u00e9 kontrakce, poch\u00e1z\u00ed z molekuly zvan\u00e9 adenosintrifosf\u00e1t (ATP). Pokud jde o biochemii, je to rozpad vysokoenergetick\u00fdch fosf\u00e1tov\u00fdch vazeb, odkud poch\u00e1z\u00ed energie pro pohyb svalov\u00fdch vl\u00e1ken. Kreatin pom\u00e1h\u00e1 s dopl\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00edm z\u00e1sob ATP v t\u011ble, a proto na n\u011bj mnoho nad\u0161enc\u016f do posiloven ned\u00e1 dopustit.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8975\" data-local-id=\"6c2bd92c6ded\">Ur\u010dit\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed kreatinu je p\u0159irozen\u011b p\u0159\u00edtomno i ve va\u0161em t\u011ble. Bylo v\u0161ak prok\u00e1z\u00e1no, \u017ee dopln\u011bn\u00ed kreatinu v \u0159\u00e1du 5 gram\u016f denn\u011b zlep\u0161uje sportovn\u00ed v\u00fdkon. To plat\u00ed zejm\u00e9na pro silov\u00e9 sporty.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"9165\" data-local-id=\"4acde1a295e8\">I kdy\u017e nejsem \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd fanatik praktikuj\u00edc\u00ed silov\u00e9 sporty, i j\u00e1 jsem se osobn\u011b \u00fa\u010dastnil z\u00e1vod\u016f v\u00a0silov\u00e9m trojboji a tak\u00e9 jin\u00fdch z\u00e1vod\u016f sil\u00e1k\u016f na region\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00farovni, ani\u017e bych vyhr\u00e1l, ale ani\u017e bych se ztrapnil. I j\u00e1 jsem tedy v posledn\u00edch 20 letech kreatin ob\u010das u\u017e\u00edval. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee jeho u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 dlouhodob\u00e9 \u0161kodliv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky, kreatin je levn\u00fd, bezpe\u010dn\u00fd a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd \u2013 alespo\u0148 na sou\u0161i. Ale je to tak\u00e9 bezpe\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed? Jedn\u00edm z nich je hydratace, kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 t\u00e9ma ve fyziologii pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed. Druh\u00fdm, jeho\u017e pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je pom\u011brn\u011b nov\u00e9, je zdrav\u00ed mozku. Stru\u010dn\u011b nast\u00edn\u00edm stav v\u011bdy v obou t\u011bchto ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch a pot\u00e9 pod\u00e1m sv\u016fj v\u00fdklad toho, co to znamen\u00e1 pro pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de:<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Hydratace\" data-local-id=\"dcc7cede9e25\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"10003\">Hydratace<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10014\" data-local-id=\"91cb47bb582f\">Spr\u00e1vn\u00e1 hydratace je pro pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de z\u00e1sadn\u00ed: P\u0159i dehydrovan\u00e9m pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se mohou dostavit r\u016fzn\u00e9 pot\u00ed\u017ee, nap\u0159. k\u0159e\u010de v noh\u00e1ch. \u010cast\u011bji doch\u00e1z\u00ed i k\u00a0z\u00e1va\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00edm probl\u00e9m\u016fm, jako je dekompresn\u00ed nemoc.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10208\" data-local-id=\"9b3a1711fec0\">Mezi kulturisty se tradi\u010dn\u011b \u0159\u00edk\u00e1, \u017ee u\u017eivatel\u00e9 kreatinu pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed mnohem v\u00edce p\u00edt a \u017ee kreatin v\u00e1\u017ee v tk\u00e1n\u00edch hodn\u011b vody. Ale je to v\u016fbec pravda? Ovliv\u0148uje kreatin rovnov\u00e1hu tekutin a pota\u017emo i schopnost vypo\u0159\u00e1dat se s horkem (kter\u00e9 je p\u0159i dehydrataci nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9)?\u00a0 P\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed by to mohlo zp\u016fsobit probl\u00e9my.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10519\" data-local-id=\"98ebb15746f5\">Jako dopln\u011bk se kreatin stal popul\u00e1rn\u00edm koncem 90. let. V n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch letech v\u011bdci zab\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed se fyzick\u00fdm cvi\u010den\u00edm publikovali \u0159adu studi\u00ed o jeho \u00fa\u010dinc\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b \u00fa\u010dink\u016f na hydrataci a t\u011blesnou teplotu.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10725\" data-local-id=\"181d41423f82\">Kreatin ve skute\u010dnosti nejprve zvy\u0161uje mno\u017estv\u00ed vody zadr\u017eovan\u00e9 v t\u011ble sportovce (Powers et al., 2003). To vysv\u011btluje po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1r\u016fst hmotnosti, kter\u00fd za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed mnoz\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00ed u\u017e\u00edvat kreatin. Nicm\u00e9n\u011b t\u011blo pak v tomto nov\u00e9m stavu zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho mno\u017estv\u00ed vody setrv\u00e1v\u00e1 a jakmile je sportovec \u201enabit\u00fd kreatinem\u201c, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem tekutin nen\u00ed nutn\u00fd. Zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 je, \u017ee pom\u011br mezi vodou obsa\u017eenou uvnit\u0159 a vn\u011b svalov\u00fdch bun\u011bk se u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00edm kreatinu nem\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"11187\" data-local-id=\"5b9988a70060\">Kreatin by tedy mohl ovlivnit termoregulaci dv\u011bma mo\u017en\u00fdmi zp\u016fsoby: Bu\u010f zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed vody zadr\u017eovan\u00e9 v t\u011ble konzumenta kreatinu pom\u00e1h\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee poskytuje v\u00edce tekutiny pro pocen\u00ed, nebo tendence kreatinu v\u00e1zat vodu omezuje dostupnost vody pro tvorbu potu. Ale o kter\u00fd zp\u016fsob se tedy jedn\u00e1? Deset studi\u00ed, kter\u00e9 posuzovali, zkoum\u00e1 r\u016fzn\u00e9 fyziologick\u00e9 parametry, jako je z\u00e1kladn\u00ed t\u011blesn\u00e1 teplota, ztr\u00e1ta potu, stav hydratace a tak\u00e9 extracelul\u00e1rn\u00ed a intracelul\u00e1rn\u00ed voda. V\u00fdzkum se zam\u011b\u0159il na triatlonisty, obecn\u011b zdatn\u00e9 lidi, mu\u017ee i \u017eeny. V\u00fdzkumn\u00edci dosp\u011bli k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u201e\u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd d\u016fkaz nepodporuje domn\u011bnku, \u017ee by dopl\u0148kov\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kreatinu br\u00e1nilo schopnosti t\u011bla odv\u00e1d\u011bt teplo nebo negativn\u011b ovliv\u0148ovalo udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed rovnov\u00e1hy tekutin sportovce\u201c.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"12136\" data-local-id=\"8ca739140cdf\">Dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dl\u00e1nek z roku 2014 od Sobolewsk\u00e9ho a jeho koleg\u016f se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00fdm souborem studi\u00ed zkoumaj\u00edc\u00edch \u00fa\u010dinky kreatinu na teplo a termoregulaci u r\u016fzn\u00fdch sportovc\u016f, od st\u0159edo\u0161kolsk\u00fdch fotbalist\u016f po dosp\u011bl\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edky sout\u011b\u017e\u00ed v\u00a0silov\u00e9m trojboji. Shrom\u00e1\u017ed\u011bn\u00edm a porovn\u00e1n\u00edm t\u011bchto poznatk\u016f v\u011bdci zjistili, \u017ee kreatin m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt na termoregulaci jen mal\u00fd (pokud v\u016fbec n\u011bjak\u00fd) pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinek. Do\u0161li k z\u00e1v\u011bru, \u017ee \u201edopl\u0148kov\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kreatinu nep\u0159edstavuje dal\u0161\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 riziko ani nebr\u00e1n\u00ed termoregulaci a m\u016f\u017ee ve skute\u010dnosti napom\u00e1hat termoregulaci b\u011bhem hork\u00fdch a vlhk\u00fdch podm\u00ednek\u201c. \u00a0A hork\u00e9 a vlhk\u00e9 podm\u00ednky \u2013 to je pr\u00e1v\u011b m\u00edsto, kde se uskute\u010d\u0148uje hodn\u011b pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010dsk\u00fdch aktivit.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"12809\" data-local-id=\"9a2da5c2f033\">Bohu\u017eel zat\u00edm neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 studie, kter\u00e1 by p\u0159\u00edmo zkoumala \u00fa\u010dinky kreatinu na pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"12902\" data-local-id=\"789b4f57455e\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Co to pro pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de znamen\u00e1:<\/strong> Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee u\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed kreatinu nem\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd vliv na rovnov\u00e1hu tekutin v t\u011ble ani na schopnost vyrovnat se s horkem. Krom\u011b obvykl\u00fdch obav o udr\u017een\u00ed hydratace p\u0159i pot\u00e1p\u011bn\u00ed se tedy nemus\u00ed pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010di v\u00a0tomto smyslu ni\u010deho ob\u00e1vat.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Kreatin-a-mozek\" data-local-id=\"a5a4e30a8e0f\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"13150\">Kreatin a mozek<\/h2>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"13167\" data-local-id=\"a518d27524bb\">Nav\u00edc se uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee dopl\u0148kov\u00fd kreatin neposiluje pouze lidsk\u00e9 kostern\u00ed svaly, ale tak\u00e9 mozek. Nen\u00ed to \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 p\u0159ekvapen\u00ed: mozek je org\u00e1n velmi n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00fd na (s)pot\u0159ebu energie. Ned\u00e1vn\u00e1 v\u011bda uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edjem dal\u0161\u00edho kreatinu m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt p\u0159\u00edzniv\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na r\u016fzn\u00e9 aspekty funkce mozku. Jedn\u00e1 se o aktivn\u00ed a st\u00e1le intenz\u00edvn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdzkum popsan\u00fd ve t\u0159ech ned\u00e1vn\u00fdch v\u011bdeck\u00fdch \u010dl\u00e1nc\u00edch (Roschel; Forbes; a Furtak a kolegov\u00e9 2021, 2022, 2025).<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"13597\" data-local-id=\"e9db8fabea81\">V z\u00e1sad\u011b m\u016f\u017ee dopln\u011bn\u00ed kreatinu pomoci, kdy\u017e mozek tuto l\u00e1tku postr\u00e1d\u00e1, a\u0165 u\u017e kv\u016fli onemocn\u011bn\u00ed, jako je deprese nebo Alzheimerova choroba, nebo kv\u016fli n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 fyzick\u00e9 n\u00e1maze nebo nedostatku sp\u00e1nku u zdrav\u00fdch lid\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"13811\" data-local-id=\"d4e0e4f0e063\">Existuje v\u0161ak n\u011bkolik z\u00e1sadn\u00edch rozd\u00edl\u016f mezi absorpc\u00ed kreatinov\u00e9ho dopl\u0148ku ve svalech (co\u017e je snadn\u00e9) a v mozku (co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt problematick\u00e9). Hematoencefalick\u00e1 bari\u00e9ra, co\u017e je vrstva bun\u011bk, kter\u00e1 omezuje, kter\u00e9 chemik\u00e1lie mohou proch\u00e1zet z krve do mozku, ji m\u016f\u017ee \u010d\u00e1ste\u010dn\u011b vylou\u010dit. A mozek, na rozd\u00edl od sval\u016f, je schopen vytvo\u0159it n\u011bjak\u00fd kreatin s\u00e1m. Kreatin po\u017eit\u00fd nav\u00edc m\u016f\u017ee je\u0161t\u011b zlep\u0161it v\u00fdkon mozku. Na druhou stranu by nadbytek kreatinu v krevn\u00edm \u0159e\u010di\u0161ti mohl (ale nemusel) negativn\u011b ovlivnit vnit\u0159n\u00ed synt\u00e9zu kreatinu v mozku.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"14344\" data-local-id=\"6f9289daa281\">R\u016fzn\u00e9 studie prok\u00e1zaly zlep\u0161en\u00ed reak\u010dn\u00ed doby, kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 pam\u011bti a koordinace ruka-oko u subjekt\u016f, kter\u00e9 u\u017e\u00edvaly dopl\u0148kov\u00fd kreatin. Jin\u00e9 studie uk\u00e1zaly lep\u0161\u00ed kognitivn\u00ed v\u00fdkon po nedostatku sp\u00e1nku u subjekt\u016f u\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00edch kreatin. Je pozoruhodn\u00e9, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 studie nenalezly \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinky kreatinu na kognici (tj. na pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, tedy na proces z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed informac\u00ed), co\u017e je skute\u010dnost pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b souvisej\u00edc\u00ed s v\u00fd\u0161e zm\u00edn\u011bnou \u00falohou hematoencefalick\u00e9 bari\u00e9ry a synt\u00e9zou kreatinu v mozku. I kdy\u017e tedy nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, jak\u00e9 jsou nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky pro dosa\u017een\u00ed kognitivn\u00edho pos\u00edlen\u00ed prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm kreatinu (tato ot\u00e1zka byla z velk\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti zam\u011b\u0159ena na svaly), je jasn\u00e9, \u017ee dopl\u0148kov\u00fd kreatin za ur\u010dit\u00fdch okolnost\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee mozku pomoci fungovat l\u00e9pe.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"15112\" data-local-id=\"9e5bb8808ca7\"><strong data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Co to znamen\u00e1 pro pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010de:<\/strong> I kdy\u017e je dobr\u00e9 v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee kreatin m\u016f\u017ee pos\u00edlit mozkov\u00e9 funkce, nen\u00ed to n\u011bco, na co by se mohl pot\u00e1p\u011b\u010d spol\u00e9hat.
