Wir haben uns &uuml;berlegt, es k&ouml;nnte interessant sein, die Daten der letzten zwei Jahre mit den Daten vor der Covid-Pandemie zu vergleichen und potentielle Trends zu ermitteln.<\/p>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"5658\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Tauchunf&auml;lle und nicht tauchbezogene Unf&auml;lle<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5704\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wie zu erwarten war, ist die Gesamtzahl der gemeldeten Unf&auml;ll w&auml;hrend der Lockdowns und Reisebeschr&auml;nkungen der Pandemiejahre stark gesunken. Wie Tabelle 1 zeigt, wurden in den Jahren 2018 und 2019 durchschnittlich 1733 Unf&auml;lle gemeldet (1656 bzw. 1810). In den Pandemiejahren 2020 und 2021 fiel die Zahl der Unf&auml;lle um 46% auf 931 bzw. 932.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5704\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/1100\/table1-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6051\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Tabelle <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">1<\/span>: Unf&auml;lle pro Jahr nach Kategorie. Es ist zu beachten, dass manche Unf&auml;lle nach Abschluss der umfassenden Diagnose neu eingeordnet werden, wodurch sich die Zahlen leicht &auml;ndern k&ouml;nnen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6246\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6248\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Abbildung <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">1&nbsp;<\/span>zeigt die Anzahl der F&auml;lle, in denen DAN Unterst&uuml;tzung geleistet hat, pro Monat &uuml;ber einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren. Auff&auml;llig ist der starke Abfall mit dem Einsetzen der Lockdowns im Fr&uuml;hjahr 2020. Wie auch in den Jahren vor der Pandemie nahm die Anzahl der Unf&auml;lle im Sommer zu und im Herbst ab, teils als Folge der normalen saisonalen Schwankungen, teils als Folge von Lockdowns und Reisebeschr&auml;nkungen im Zuge von Pandemiewellen.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6248\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/1100\/figure1-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6700\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Abbildung<span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">&nbsp;1:<\/span> Unterst&uuml;tzungsf&auml;lle pro Monat<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6744\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6746\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wie Abbildung 2 zeigt ist der Anteil der Tauchunf&auml;lle an der Gesamtzahl der F&auml;lle gestiegen, und zwar von 58% vor der Pandemie auf 67%. Dies liegt vermutlich daran, dass Taucher in den Pandemiejahren weniger gereist und ihrem Hobby haupts&auml;chlich in der N&auml;he ihres Wohnorts nachgegangen sind, wodurch die Anzahl der nicht tauchbezogenen Notf&auml;lle gesunken ist.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6746\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/1100\/figure2-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7109\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Abbildung<\/em><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">&nbsp;<span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">2:&nbsp;<\/span>Prozentuale Verteilung der Unterst&uuml;tzungsf&auml;lle<\/em><\/p>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"7167\"><\/h3>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"7167\">Arten von Tauchunf&auml;llen<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7192\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tabelle <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">2<\/span> zeigt Tauchunf&auml;lle aufgeschl&uuml;sselt nach Typen &uuml;ber den Zeitraum von vier Jahren. Analog zur Gesamtzahl der Unf&auml;lle sank auch die Zahl der Tauchunf&auml;lle w&auml;hrend der zwei Pandemiejahre gegen&uuml;ber den Vorjahren deutlich. Au&szlig;erdem sehen wir, dass die Zahl der Unf&auml;lle von 2020 auf 2021 zugenommen hat, vermutlich weil mehr Taucher isn Wasser zur&uuml;ckgekehrt sind.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7560\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Beachten Sie, dass Dekompressionskrankheit (DCI) und Verdacht auf DCI in allen vier Jahren die Mehrheit der Unf&auml;lle darstellen, gefolgt von Barotrauma und Verdacht auf Barotrauma. Die prozentualen Anteile der jeweiligen Unfallarten sind relativ gleichbleibend. Das Balkendiagramm in Abbilding 3 zeigt die prozentualen Anteile nach Typ &uuml;ber den Vier-Jahres-Zeitraum.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7560\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/1100\/figure3-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7930\"><em>Abb. <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">3: %&nbsp;<\/span>Tauchunf&auml;lle nach Typ<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7930\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ein etwas genauerer Blick auf die Daten (Abbildung 4) zeigt, dass Barotrauma der vorherrschende Typ Verletzung ist, den sich Taucher zuziehen, gefolgt von Druckverletzungen der Lunge und der Nebenh&ouml;hlen, welche beim Apnoetauchen h&auml;ufig vorkommen. Tabelle 4 zeigt die prozentuale Verteilung der Typen von nicht tauchbezogenen Unf&auml;llen. In allen vier Jahren war &ldquo;unerwartete Krankheit&rdquo; der vorherrschende Typ Missgeschick, der Tauchern widerfahren ist.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/1100\/figure4-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Abb. 4<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/1100\/table4-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Tabelle<\/em>. 4<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zu guter Letzt zeigt Abbildung 5 die prozentuale Verteilung der Unf&auml;lle nach Land. Es ist anzunehmen, dass Reisebeschr&auml;nkungen und Lockdowns gro&szlig;en Einfluss auf diese Zahlen haben. Indonesien beispielsweise stellte <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">2018\/2019<\/span> einen Anteil von 12%, 2020 waren es noch <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">9.2%<\/span>, und 2021 nur <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">4.1%<\/span>, wahrscheinlich aufgrund von Reisebeschr&auml;nkungen. Sonstige L&auml;nder (ROW, Rest of World), d.h. nicht namentlich aufgef&uuml;hrte L&auml;nder, sind konsistent f&uuml;r etwa <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">28-33%&nbsp;<\/span>der Gesamtzahl verantwortlich.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"7963\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"fr-dib fr-draggable\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/imgimport\/1100\/figure5-1500.jpg\" style=\"width: auto;\"><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8935\"><em>Abbildung <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">5:&nbsp;<\/span>L&auml;nder nach <span data-renderer-mark=\"true\" data-text-custom-color=\"#ff5630\">%<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8963\"><\/p>\n<h3 data-renderer-start-pos=\"8963\"><span data-renderer-mark=\"true\">DAN, einzigartig<\/span><\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8981\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Wir hoffen, dass diese Informationen f&uuml;r Sie interessant sind und wir Ihnen zeigen konnten, dass DAN Europe f&uuml;r seine Mitglieder da ist.
