{"id":11385280,"date":"2014-05-23T00:00:00","date_gmt":"2014-05-22T22:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/sin-categorizar\/dan-europe-research-dio-a-conocer-nuevos-efectos-del-oxigeno\/"},"modified":"2014-05-23T00:00:00","modified_gmt":"2014-05-22T22:00:00","slug":"dan-europe-research-dio-a-conocer-nuevos-efectos-del-oxigeno","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/es_ES\/articulos\/dan-europe-research-dio-a-conocer-nuevos-efectos-del-oxigeno\/","title":{"rendered":"DAN Europe Research di\u00f3 a conocer nuevos efectos del ox\u00edgeno"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><em><br \/><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hps\">M\u00e9dicos y<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">especialistas<\/span><span> en <\/span><span class=\"hps\">buceo<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">de DAN<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">Europe<\/span><span> est\u00e1n concentrados <\/span><span class=\"hps\">en<\/span><span> potenciar <\/span><span class=\"hps\">la medicina<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">del buceo, <\/span><span class=\"hps\">realizando numerosos<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">estudios de investigaci\u00f3n para<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">el beneficio de toda<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">la comunidad de buceadores<\/span><span>. <\/span><span class=\"hps\">Uno de<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">los temas recurrentes en<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">los estudios<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">de DAN es<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">el uso<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">de la respiraci\u00f3n<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">de ox\u00edgeno<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">normob\u00e1rico<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">y<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">los efectos beneficiosos<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">que tiene sobre<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">nuestra salud.<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">La respiraci\u00f3n<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">de<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">ox\u00edgeno al 100%<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">a presi\u00f3n atmosf\u00e9rica<\/span><span>, <\/span><span class=\"hps\">conocido como<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">ox\u00edgeno<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">normob\u00e1rico<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps atn\">(O<\/span><span>NB), <\/span><span class=\"hps\">ha demostrado ser<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">beneficiosa en la soluci\u00f3n de diversos <\/span><span class=\"hps\">problemas como, por ejemplo, <\/span><span class=\"hps\">en los casos de<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">enfermedad<\/span><span> por<\/span><span class=\"hps\"> descompresi\u00f3n<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps atn\">(E<\/span><span>D), <\/span><span class=\"hps\">ya que contribuye a<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">una<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">eliminaci\u00f3n<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida de<\/span><span> las burbujas de <\/span><span class=\"hps\">nitr\u00f3geno<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">del organismo afectado.<\/span> \u00c9<span class=\"hps\">sta es una de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">las razones por las<\/span> que <span class=\"hps\">DAN<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Europe<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">considera<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">que la administraci\u00f3n de<\/span> O<span class=\"hps\">NB<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">debe utilizarse como<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">una herramienta<\/span> a utilizar en los P<span class=\"hps\">rimeros Auxilios<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en<\/span> caso de E<span class=\"hps\">D<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Adem\u00e1s de todos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los beneficios derivados de respirar O<\/span><span class=\"hps\">NB<\/span><span class=\"hps\">,<\/span> &iquest;la <span class=\"hps\">respiraci\u00f3n de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ox\u00edgeno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">normob\u00e1rico<\/span> posee otras <span class=\"hps\">implicaciones<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">beneficiosas<\/span>? <span class=\"hps\">Esta fue la pregunta<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">que los investigadores<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">DAN<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">analizaron <\/span><span class=\"hps\">en algunos de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sus estudios<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y c\u00f3mo se<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">descubrieron nuevas influencias beneficiosas para <\/span><span class=\"hps\">la salud<\/span> derivadas de respirar <span class=\"hps\">ox\u00edgeno, y les anim\u00f3 a seguir investigando <\/span><span class=\"hps\">c\u00f3mo estos efectos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pueden traducirse<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">consejos pr\u00e1cticos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de seguridad<\/span> en el <span class=\"hps\">buceo<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hps\">En el caso de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la enfermedad por descompresi\u00f3n<\/span>, el cuerpo responde <span class=\"hps\">inmediatamente<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a ella<\/span>, causando <span class=\"hps\">una cadena de reacciones<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">inflamatorias<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a pocos minutos del<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">inicio de la<\/span> E<span class=\"hps\">D<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">en un<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">intento<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de protecci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">para hacer frente a<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los elementos da\u00f1inos<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Durante este<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">proceso reactivo<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">las prote\u00ednas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">se unen a<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la superficie<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">las burbujas de gas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de nitr\u00f3geno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">que se forman<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Estas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">burbujas de gas<\/span>, al ser recubiertas <span class=\"hps\">por las prote\u00ednas<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">no s\u00f3lo son m\u00e1s<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">estables<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sino que tambi\u00e9n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">son m\u00e1s peque\u00f1as que<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">las<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">burbujas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">obstructivas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y<\/span> pueden aumentar su difusi\u00f3n por todo el organismo mediante la <span class=\"hps\">circulaci\u00f3n<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Cuando las c\u00e9lulas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">blancas de la sangre<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">son enviadas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">hacia los tejidos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">inflamados<\/span>, las burbujas recubiertas <span class=\"hps\">de prote\u00ednas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pueden deslizarse<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">f\u00e1cilmente a trav\u00e9s<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ellas y<\/span> penetrar <span class=\"hps\">en los<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tejidos del cuerpo.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Adem\u00e1s de eso<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">tambi\u00e9n se sabe<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">que las prote\u00ednas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">pueden<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">desnaturalizarse<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Esto puede causar<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">una acumulaci\u00f3n de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">gl\u00f3bulos grasos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">libres,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">que<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">se encuentran frecuentemente e<\/span><span class=\"hps\">n los casos de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">enfermedad por descompresi\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y que pueden originar un trombo de <\/span><span class=\"hps\">grasa y da\u00f1ar <\/span><span class=\"hps\">el sistema nervioso<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Sin embargo<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">el cuerpo humano<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ha<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">proporcionado<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">un mecanismo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">para eliminar<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">estas prote\u00ednas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tejidos del cuerpo<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Las prote\u00ednas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">son capturadas por el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sistema linf\u00e1tico<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">una<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">parte del sistema<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">circulatorio<\/span> compuesta por <span class=\"hps\">una red de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">vasos linf\u00e1ticos<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">que llevan<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la linfa<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">al sistema venoso<\/span>. Uno de los trabajos <span class=\"hps\">de investigaci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de DAN<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el uso de ox\u00edgeno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">normob\u00e1rico<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">es analizar si<\/span> la respiraci\u00f3n de O<span class=\"hps\">NB<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">aumenta la actividad<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">linf\u00e1tica y<\/span>, por tanto, <span class=\"hps\">tambi\u00e9n causa una<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">eliminaci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">m\u00e1s eficaz<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de las prote\u00ednas<\/span>. Para ello, se organiz\u00f3 u<span class=\"hps\">n trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n<\/span> a instancias de <span class=\"hps\">la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Divisi\u00f3n de <span>&nbsp;<\/span>DAN Europe Research,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en colaboraci\u00f3n con la<\/span> Universit\u00e9 Libre de Bruxelles, Haute Ecole Paul Henri Spaak <span class=\"hps\">y el Centro de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Terapia<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de Oxigenaci\u00f3n Hiperb\u00e1rica<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">del<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Hospital Militar<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de la reina<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Astrid<\/span>, en Bruselas, <span class=\"hps\">para analizar los efectos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">beneficiosos de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la respiraci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de ox\u00edgeno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en<\/span> la <span class=\"hps\">captaci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de prote\u00ednas.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">La investigaci\u00f3n se basa<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en la suposici\u00f3n de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">que el ox\u00edgeno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tiene efectos positivos en<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el metabolismo de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los vasos linf\u00e1ticos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tambi\u00e9n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en la reducci\u00f3n de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">acumulaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido en<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">los tejidos del cuerpo<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">(edema<\/span>).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"hps\">En esta investigaci\u00f3n,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">participaron <\/span><span class=\"hps\">7<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">voluntarios sanos<\/span>, con <span class=\"hps\">rango de edades entre<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">19 y 27<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a\u00f1os<\/span><span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Las personas<\/span> afectadas por <span class=\"hps\">diabetes, enfermedades<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">vasculares<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y<\/span> lesiones traum\u00e1ticas <span class=\"hps\">de las extremidades superiores<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fueron<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">excluidas, as\u00ed como tampoco fueron aceptados <\/span><span class=\"hps\">las mujeres<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">embarazadas<\/span> y los <span class=\"hps\">practicantes de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">deportes que<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">podr\u00edan dar lugar a<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">anomal\u00edas en el<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sistema linf\u00e1tico<\/span>, como <span class=\"hps\">los jugadores de voleibol<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y<\/span> l<span class=\"hps\">os practicantes de artes<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">marciales. <\/span><span class=\"hps\">Se examinaron los<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">sujetos<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">justo despu\u00e9s de administrarles <\/span><span class=\"hps\">una inyecci\u00f3n de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">una soluci\u00f3n <\/span><span class=\"hps\">salina que conten\u00eda <\/span><span class=\"hps\">las prote\u00ednas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">marcadas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">utilizando<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">un m\u00e9todo isot\u00f3pico<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Las<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">prote\u00ednas inyectadas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ten\u00edan diferentes<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">tama\u00f1os<\/span>, que iban desde <span class=\"hps\">50 a 100 nm,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de modo que pudieran<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">ser absorbidas por<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la circulaci\u00f3n linf\u00e1tica<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">La inyecci\u00f3n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">caus\u00f3<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">una ligera<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">acumulaci\u00f3n de l\u00edquido<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en el<\/span><span>&nbsp;<\/span><span class=\"hps\">dorso de la mano, <\/span><span class=\"hps\">justo debajo de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la piel<\/span>. Primero, l<span class=\"hps\">as<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">prote\u00ednas inyectadas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">fueron absorbidas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">por las c\u00e9lulas<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y, a continuaci\u00f3n,<\/span> absorbidas <span class=\"hps\">en el sistema linf\u00e1tico<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Durante<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">las sesiones experimentales<\/span>, los sujetos se encontraban <span class=\"hps\"><span>inclinados o<\/span> acostados<\/span>. class=\"hps\">aire<\/span> a presi\u00f3n <span class=\"hps\">ambiente<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">normal.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">En una segunda<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">prueba,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">se les pidi\u00f3<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">a los sujetos <\/span><span class=\"hps\">respirar ox\u00edgeno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">normob\u00e1rico<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de una<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">m\u00e1scarilla oronasal<\/span><span class=\"hps\">.<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">Inmediatamente despu\u00e9s de la<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">inyecci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas y de respirar ox\u00edgeno durante treinta minutos, <span>se midi\u00f3 <\/span>la actividad<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">isot\u00f3pica<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en los ganglios linf\u00e1ticos<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la axila,<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">por gammagraf\u00eda,<\/span><span class=\"hps\">&nbsp;<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">para establecer<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la velocidad<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">captaci\u00f3n de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la prote\u00edna<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">y<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la cantidad de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">prote\u00ednas que<\/span> hab\u00edan sido <span class=\"hps\">eliminadas por<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el sistema linf\u00e1tico<\/span>. <span class=\"hps\">Al mismo tiempo<\/span>, <span class=\"hps\">tambi\u00e9n<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">se midi\u00f3<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el nivel de<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">la presi\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">en la zona subcut\u00e1nea, <\/span><span class=\"hps\">d\u00f3nde se<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">acumulaba<\/span> <span class=\"hps\">el l\u00edquido<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span title=\"In all seven subjects, after they had breathed normobaric oxygen for
