Or, c&rsquo;est loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre le cas. Les diff\u00e9rences majeures qui existent sont source de confusion, de danger voire d&rsquo;accidents fatals.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Sorties-de-robinets\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"5505\">Sorties de robinets<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5526\">La plupart des plongeurs savent que les robinets de bouteille sont dot\u00e9s d&rsquo;un raccord en \u00e9trier (\u00e9galement appel\u00e9 Yoke ou International en anglais) ou DIN pour la connexion \u00e0 leur premier \u00e9tage de d\u00e9tendeur. Malheureusement, il existe plusieurs types de sorties DIN en fonction de la pression de la bouteille et du gaz utilis\u00e9. Quelques explications s&rsquo;imposent.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"5889\">On parle en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de DIN Air lorsque l&rsquo;on \u00e9voque les raccords DIN des bouteilles d&rsquo;air comprim\u00e9, mais il existe deux types de raccords, le raccord 232 bars (commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 raccord 200 bars), et le raccord 300 bars. DIN est en fait l&rsquo;ancien terme qui d\u00e9signait la norme DIN 477 #13 pour les pressions inf\u00e9rieures ou \u00e9gales \u00e0 300 bars, puis la norme #56 pour les pressions sup\u00e9rieures ou \u00e9gales \u00e0 300 bars. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, la bonne r\u00e9f\u00e9rence est l&rsquo;ISO 12209, mais nous continuons, n\u00e9anmoins, d&rsquo;appeler ces raccords DIN. Ces deux raccords DIN ont une taille de filetage interne de G5\/8 pouce. La version 200 bars a un filetage \u00e0 5 filets tandis que la version 300 bars utilise un filetage \u00e0 7 filets, ce qui la rend donc un peu plus longue. Un premier \u00e9tage 300 bars s&rsquo;adaptera aux robinets de 200 et 300 bars, mais un premier \u00e9tage 200 bars n&rsquo;assurera pas l&rsquo;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 avec un robinet d&rsquo;une bouteille 300 bars. Vous aurez compris qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une mesure de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 visant \u00e0 \u00e9viter toute surpression accidentelle d&rsquo;un d\u00e9tendeur 200 bars.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"1789\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-11387574 size-full aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_0315-Modifica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"1920\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_0315-Modifica.jpg 1280w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_0315-Modifica-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_0315-Modifica-747x1120.jpg 747w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_0315-Modifica-768x1152.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_0315-Modifica-1024x1536.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_0315-Modifica-700x1050.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1280px) 100vw, 1280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"6931\">En Europe, on trouve \u00e9galement le raccord M26, de diam\u00e8tre sup\u00e9rieur, pour les bouteilles destin\u00e9es \u00e0 contenir du Nitrox dont la teneur en oxyg\u00e8ne est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 22 %. Ce robinet, instaur\u00e9 par la norme europ\u00e9enne EN 144-3, doit permettre d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que les bouteilles soient remplies avec le mauvais gaz et que les d\u00e9tendeurs utilis\u00e9s pour la plong\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;air soient raccord\u00e9s \u00e0 une bouteille contenant un m\u00e9lange d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne \u00e0 plus forte concentration, car dans les deux cas, cela pourrait entra\u00eener un risque d&rsquo;incendie. Cela signifie que si vous plongez au Nitrox, le robinet de votre bouteille ainsi que votre premier \u00e9tage de d\u00e9tendeur doivent \u00eatre munis d&rsquo;un raccord M26. Le probl\u00e8me est que ces raccords sont rarement utilis\u00e9s en dehors de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne. Dans la plupart des autres pays, on utilise des robinets d&rsquo;air DIN (ou \u00e0 \u00e9trier) classiques, ce qui signifie que vous aurez besoin d&rsquo;un adaptateur pour que l&rsquo;entr\u00e9e de votre d\u00e9tendeur M26 s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 un robinet DIN standard. C&rsquo;est pourtant pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce que l&rsquo;on voulait \u00e9viter cette directive europ\u00e9enne. Le d\u00e9tendeur M26 est \u00e9galement disponible en configurations 200 et 300 bars.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8079\">Le d\u00e9tendeur \u00e0 \u00e9trier n&rsquo;est utilis\u00e9 qu&rsquo;avec les bouteilles de 200\/232 bars. La plupart des robinets DIN 200 bars peuvent \u00eatre convertis en robinets \u00e0 \u00e9trier \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un insert DIN.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"Filets-internes-du-robinet\" data-renderer-start-pos=\"8263\">Filets internes du robinet<\/h3>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8291\">Le raccord entre la bouteille et le robinet correspond au filetage du col de la bouteille. C&rsquo;est \u00e0 ce niveau que se posent le plus de probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"8449\">Les filetages les plus couramment utilis\u00e9s sont le filetage imp\u00e9rial britannique BSP (British Standard Pipe) G3\/4-14 et le filetage m\u00e9trique M25x2.\u00a0Ces filetages sont tr\u00e8s proches, ce qui permet malheureusement d&rsquo;ins\u00e9rer le robinet M25x2 dans un col de bouteille G3\/4. Dans ce cas, les premiers tours de vis semblent un peu l\u00e2ches et vers la moiti\u00e9, une certaine r\u00e9sistance se fait sentir. En for\u00e7ant un peu, le robinet peut \u00eatre viss\u00e9 un peu plus dans le col du cylindre. Cela aura pour effet d&rsquo;endommager le filetage et de rendre le raccord plus fragile. Lors du remplissage de la bouteille, la force exerc\u00e9e sur le raccord devient si importante que le robinet est expuls\u00e9 de la bouteille.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"9142\">Lorsque cela se produit, la lib\u00e9ration soudaine de pression et de volume cr\u00e9e une onde d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie colossale qui peut causer des dommages consid\u00e9rables. Par ailleurs, le robinet se transforme alors en un projectile et la bouteille vole dans tous les sens, ce qui risque d&rsquo;endommager les lieux et les personnes \u00e0 proximit\u00e9. Si le robinet n&rsquo;est pas arrach\u00e9 pendant le remplissage, ce n&rsquo;est qu&rsquo;une question de temps avant que cela ne se produise : dans la voiture, \u00e0 la maison, dans la piscine, sur le site de plong\u00e9e\u2026 Cela a conduit plus d&rsquo;une fois \u00e0 des d\u00e9c\u00e8s et \u00e0 des blessures graves et permanentes.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"4185\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11387585 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_9731-Modifica.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\" srcset=\"https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_9731-Modifica.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_9731-Modifica-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_9731-Modifica-1680x1120.jpg 1680w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_9731-Modifica-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_9731-Modifica-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/alertdiver.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/07\/IMG_9731-Modifica-700x467.jpg 700w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px\" \/><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"9742\">Vous pouvez \u00e9galement trouver d&rsquo;autres filetages tels que le M18x1,5 utilis\u00e9 sur les bouteilles dont le col n&rsquo;est pas assez large pour s&rsquo;adapter, par exemple, \u00e0 un filetage M25x2, mais dans ce cas, la diff\u00e9rence de filetage est telle que vous remarquez imm\u00e9diatement que le montage n&rsquo;est pas correct.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10044\">En guise de conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, seules des personnes certifi\u00e9es et qualifi\u00e9es doivent monter des robinets sur des bouteilles, et ce, seulement apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 que les filetages correspondent. Le type de filetage du robinet et de la bouteille devrait \u00e9galement \u00eatre estampill\u00e9 sur le robinet et la bouteille. Toutefois, ce n&rsquo;est pas toujours le cas. Il se peut aussi que le marquage ne soit plus visible.<\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10462\"><em data-renderer-mark=\"true\">Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, on utilise le raccord 3\/4 de pouce selon la norme NPSM (National Pipe Straight Mechanical). Similaire mais non \u00e9quivalent au robinet BSP 3\/4 de pouces, ce robinet pose les m\u00eames probl\u00e8mes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 que ceux d\u00e9crits dans cet article.<\/em><\/p>\n<p data-renderer-start-pos=\"10714\">Pour ajouter \u00e0 la confusion, de nombreuses personnes pensent que les raccords M25 et M26 se r\u00e9f\u00e8rent tous deux aux raccords de sortie du robinet et ne r\u00e9alisent pas qu&rsquo;il existe sur le march\u00e9 des raccords d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e diff\u00e9rents.
