Behnke (1967). Mo\u017cna spotka\u0107 si\u0119 r&oacute;wnie\u017c z okre\u015bleniami &bdquo;wrodzone niedosycenie tkanek&rdquo; lub &bdquo;niedob&oacute;r ci\u015bnienia parcjalnego&rdquo;. Najpro\u015bciej m&oacute;wi\u0105c OW to r&oacute;\u017cnica ci\u015bnie\u0144 mi\u0119dzy ci\u015bnieniem parcjalnym tlenu (PP0<sub>2<\/sub>) we krwi t\u0119tniczej (kt&oacute;re jest w dynamicznej r&oacute;wnowadze dla danego ci\u015bnienia otoczenia jako wynik wymiany gazowej w p\u0119cherzykach p\u0142ucnych nurka) a PP0<sub>2&nbsp;<\/sub>we krwi \u017cylnej.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">OW powstaje w wyniku metabolicznego zu\u017cycia tlenu, podczas kt&oacute;rego tlen jest przekszta\u0142cany w dwutlenek w\u0119gla (CO<sub>2<\/sub>). Jednak\u017ce CO<sub>2<\/sub> rozpuszcza si\u0119 w osoczu o wiele bardziej ni\u017c tlen i wytwarza ni\u017csz\u0105 pr\u0119\u017cno\u015b\u0107, co tworzy swoisty &bdquo;niedob&oacute;r&rdquo; w sumie pr\u0119\u017cno\u015bci po \u017cylnej cz\u0119\u015bci tkanki.
